Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received used item We have ordered this item well in advance to the start of our renovation and it came before start date. But many package seals were broken and rough in had tracks of being installed. There was water in rough in. Our contractor advised to return this item and order a new one. Item is advertised and priced as "new", not "refurbished". This is not acceptable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant, Excellent Water Pressure Bought this shower a few months ago. Had plumber install the pressure balance control valve and nipple for hand wand. The rest I installed myself. Installation was fairly simple even though the instructions were a bit cryptic. Shower has excellent water pressure. We did not remove the scald guard as recommended as the water was plenty hot with it installed. Rain head is WONDERFUL! I thought it would be too small as it is only 6 inch square but it does an excellent job. My only negative is that they did not provide a cap to pressure test the rain head even though they provided one for the hand wand. My wife loves this shower and we will probably buy another one for our next reno.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What you should know! I bought this about 2 months ago as part of my bathroom remake over. What you should know : 1- Beautiful piece and works very well but, 2- it is a special attachment for the rain shower so, if you ever have to change it, you will need a new unit with the exact same fitting as It doesn't screw in but rather is a popover two rubber ring and then tighten on with mini screws with an allen key, 3- The rain shower and the telephone shower work together and not separately. 4- There is no bath spout supplied so you will need to buy apart.

Can you switch between the rain head and the hand held shower? One of the reviewers says they are both on at the same time.

Yes, you can switch between hand held and the rain head. In fact, they only run one at a time. But you can definitely go back and forth to each different shower head.
