Seemed like a great idea and a space saver but unfortunately it does not work well at all, it takes 6-7 hours minimum to complete a half full light load of laundry and most of the time still damp or wet. Filters cleaned after each use and had it looked at by a technician only making things worse. 0 help from HD and LG with this issue they do not back this product and you will be on your own, Extremely disappointing for a young family

Don’t be fooled by the fancy advertising or displays like we did in the store, promising that it provides incredible convenience by drying average size loads in the same machine! IT DOES NOT DRY!!.. AT ALL!! 6+ hours to dry only mid-size loads that took 45-60 max with our previous machine! We don’t have huge loads, it’s just my Wife and I who use it! Convenience goes right out the window, every time we have to go downstairs after the cycle finishes to find it’s nowhere near dry, let the steam out, start another 60min dry cycle, then repeat over and over again! The last load I did, took an entire day, and we’ve now resorted to hanging many of the clothes around the house. I would give it 0 stars if I could! It does wash well, but for $3000 we were completely fooled by the promises that it does it all! Shame on LG for this one, it’s not what you would normally expect from them!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major Disappointment – Door Error After 3 Months o I bought the LG washing machine combo expecting a reliable product, but after just three months (brought in June 2024 and problem come up in Sept), it started showing errors related to the door, making it completely unusable. This is not what I expected from a high-end appliance. To make matters worse, LG's customer service has been incredibly frustrating. They provided no real solutions over the phone, and scheduling a technician is a nightmare which they could only arrange couple days after the problem existed, left a whole load of wet clothes in the machine. Also, you’re expected to wait the entire day without an actual time slot, which is highly inconvenient. Both the product and the customer service have been terrible experiences. I’m deeply disappointed with LG, and I would not recommend this washing machine to anyone looking for reliability or decent customer support. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Washer dryer combo in one machine So far it’s a great buy works great and takes a large comforter with no problems. We are using it for our RV and because it’s 110v it’s perfect. It definitely is great to be able to do laundry at our campsite vs running out to get it done. The only thing I think isn’t great was the price point. Very expensive for what you get. Another option I really enjoy is that you can fill up the tank with soap and softener and put them away until it needs a refill.

I was praying that everything will be working according and I was relief after I bought everything that I needed to install and for this washer to work on my apartment. I’m using this machine in my kitchen moving it all the time because I bought the wheel for under so I could move and store it all the time. I purchase the faucet head from my kitchen top faucet (two head) at the Plumbing store i showed my hose and the size of my faucet and they recommended me a proper head faucet from my sink to my washer hose. I love my washer it’s perfectly works and it’s very quiet good for my night laundry after my work. I can also use the apps to finish and manipulate my laundry without going to the washer while I was in the room. I hope it last longer though. Im very happy and i am glad I can save more money now for doing the laundry.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as advertised I bought this unit two months ago after as a "treat" for myself after the sales person assured me the machine takes a total of two hours maximum to wash and dry a load. I gave this machine two stars because it does have a very sleek design and definitely saves space, however the functionality of it is not as advertised. My first load took six hours to wash and dry and I was extremely disappointed. Learning to use all the functions on the machine took some time and I have figured out how to reduce the time of a load to about three or four hours, depending on size. First, a "quick wash" on high spin at 25 minutes, then an extra spin at high speed at 13 minutes. Doing those steps first helps reduce the dry time from 5 or 6 hours to anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, again, depending on size. This machine has been quite an adjustment and a bit of an inconvenience for the large family we have, but I will make the adjustment for now and when it comes time to purchase again, it won't be this machine, I am switching back to the conventional separate washer and dryer.

Can you still attach dryer to external vent to reduce in house moisture?

Nope, since there's no need - moisture is dumped via the heat pump and then through the hose exactly how your regular washer gets rid of water. It wouldn't be accurate to say the dryer simply gets rid of the hot moist air via a vent that airs into your room with no ducting option.

Yes you can run a wash only cycle. You can also do a dry only and the wash and dry cycle.

Does the water that is stored in the machine, between washes, have a mildew-type smell? I am allergic to mold and mildew.

There isn’t any leftover water if you’re using the wash and dry cycle. It is dry when your done, if you use only wash cycle the drum remains wet. But you can run the dry cycle for the drum or leave the door ajar to let it dry. I thoroughly like my machine and it takes up much less space.

What about the length of water hoses and power cord? Thank you

It's like all other washers you have to buy the water hoses. So buy whatever you need. The power cord I have no idea how long it is because I'm not pulling the machine our by myself. Trying contacting lg or YouTube videos . I love the machine works great. Take 2 to 3 hrs on average per load depending on size.
