Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best recip saw i have used Good saw, rips through anything. You need this saw if you are doing renos. Quick release blade mechanism is nice and works well until it rusts. When mine locked up I just sprayed it with some silicone (WD-40 works too) and it freed up immediately. It’s a bit heavy but I cant complain. If you don’t want vibration, go with the AVT. Because theres no vibration it cuts much faster than a normal recip saw and its easier to be accurate with your cuts too

Easy change blade, soft start variable speed/stoke. Adjustable feed, adjustable blade location for using a fresh part of the blade and no vibration, I cut a steel 2" heavy wall square tubing, trailer hich receiver, in 20 seconds, and I followed the line easily.
