The XGT 40V Max Rapid Charger charges the 40V 2.5Ah (191E74-3) batteries in 28 minutes and the 40V BL4040 4.0Ah (191E81-6) batteries in 45 minutes. When coupled with an XGT / LXT USB Battery Adaptor (ADP10), it can also charge Makita's 18V LXT batteries allowing the continued support and use of Makita's 320+ 18V LXT tool line-up.XGT is Makita's new 40V system with its own tools, batteries, and chargers. A combination of innovative tool design and higher output batteries provide a genuine solution for high demand industrial uses in construction, automotive, horticulture, and more. XGT comes with built-in programming, providing digital communication between the battery and tool. This communication ensures the battery technology and motor engineering work together for the most optimal performance of your tool.
