Rated 5 out of 5 by from Milwaukee Track Saw Not sure why I waited so long to get this as a professional. There are obvious ways to make up a track saw guide/system with other means but this saw does a great job! Accurate, powerful and the packout kit is a good value. Make sure to use the XC batteries and to set your adjustments accurately with the splinter guard on the rail for your initial cut and the rest is seamless. Only thing it's missing is the ability to be portable while still connected to the rail (anti-tipping feature) like the festool. Makita has the best power overall but Milwaukee is a really solid all around option if you have that platform already. Will be buying another soon!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Top of the line tool Haven't had a chance to really test this, just some underlay ply. Cut with no splinters and perfectly straight. Though they all do that. But on the Milwaulkee, the adjustments and controls are solid and easy to read. Very little dust. Seems like a top of the line tool. I dropped it one star as the track for Milwaulkee is double the price of everyone else. I understand it's a little thicker, but double the price? I bought a Makita and it works fine with this saw.

I was a little skeptical on spending this much on a saw,but after using it to renovate my kitchen I started seeing amazing results with cutting edge it makes. Safer too then wrestling with larger wood pieces on a table saw. My only regret is not buying one sooner

What connects to the dust port? I have a DeWalt vacuum cleaner with 2-1/2" hose. I bought the Milwaukee Hose & Accessory Adapter Kit but it hasn't helped. Thanks in advance.

If you refere to Milwaukee track saw its 1.25 inch. Connection   You can find the reducer at the Home Depot vacuome section. And the accessories.

Hello, The M18 FUEL 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 6-1/2 in. Plunge Track Saw Kit (2831-21) does not include a track. Track Saw Guide Rails are sold separately in lengths of 31-inches (48-08-0570), 55-inches (48-08-0571), and 106-inches (48-08-0572).
