Rated 2 out of 5 by from mostly works Works but with some issues; We got 7 and they are all connected and work during the day. However, in the mornings they are all (!) disconnected from the network. It doesn't matter if a thermostat is close to the router or far away; they are all without a connection. Only rebooting helps. That makes the thermostats useless when away from home. Plus is that Mysa sends an email when the thermostats are not registered anymore for a while. The app takes a while to get used to and where to find all information. (especially the settings of individual ones when you created a zone) Installation is very easy with good online information.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mysa improvement suggestions These are good but could use some improvements before I'd give them 5 star. - allow local control(Homekit, Home Assistant, etc) of switching between schedule and hold mode - better interface for editing schedules. With the current interface you can only edit events one day at a time. This is very tedious. There is no week/weekend/every day group editing option. - add a night time display mode so you can completely dim or turn off the display while you sleep, then turn it back on again in the morning so you can see what the temperature is at through the day without having to touch or get near the display.

Le thermostat a une apparence superbe, mais il est plus large que mon ancien thermostat électronique programmable Aube. Il pourrait ne pas être installé partout (espace par rapport aux moulures les plus proche par exemple). Je déplore que le panneau afficheur du Mysa ne donne aucune indication de l’activité de l’appareil (est-il en veille, en chauffage et à quelle intensité). Aussi j’ai l’impression que l’intensité minimale de chauffage est plus forte que mon ancien thermostat ce qui a pour effet de causer des arrêts/départs plus fréquents… pas très bien pensé si on veut économiser de l’électricité.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great! But Mysa, pls integrate w/ Google Home... I bought 5 of these to retrofit to aging electric baseboard units in our vacation home. Great design, very sleek and unobtrusive. Clear instructions for installation. Useful app. I look forward to testing out the "Vacation" setting which could be helpful for me. The only reason for the 4 star review is because it cannot be fully integrated with Google Home. You can control the temperature manually from the Google Home app, but can't set automatic changes if the mode is "Home" or "Away" in Google Home. Hopefully Mysa can develop an API for that soon. This wouldn't stop me from buying more units, though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overly complicated to Install I installed Sinope Thermostats in my previous house. But saw these available and bought a bunch. To my surprise they require 3 wires to function. This required me to unbundle some of the wires in the first one as the standard bimetallic thermostats only have 2 poles. It took me an hour of trial and error to get the first one going, and something similar to get the 2nd one going - which by modifying the wiring in the 2nd, caused the power to not be connected to the first. Having wasted 3 hours I decided to take them off and return them. They're a nice product but not sure why they need 3 wires to work if Sinope can pull it off with 2. I later installed 5 sinope thermostats in less than an hour.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mysa Thermostats in Cottage Installed 6 of the V2 thermostats recently in my cottage. I went with these units so I could remotely adjust the temperature so I did not arrive to a cold cottage. Installation was straight forward as long as you have a basic knowledge of wiring. Set up on the first one was a little longer, but once I had that down, connecting the remaining 5 to the internet was a breeze. I have just used the remote temperature setting so I will see how the cottage warmed up when I arrive later today. I also like that I can see my energy usage by room. My only complaint with the thermostats is that they only are rated to 3800w and I have one circuit that is 4250w and cannot control that area with a Mysa thermostat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ne sous-estimé pas ce petit thermostat J'ai fait l'erreur de sous-estimé ce petit appareil qui rend notre vie tellement plus confortable et permet de faire des économies en plus de ça, que je suis allé chez la concurrence! Ah mon grand malheur, je me suis rendu compte que les autres thermostats nous faisaient rôtir à certaines températures et n'apprenez pas le temps de réchauffage de nos pièces, ce que les thermostats Mysa font! Résultat: on ne se retrouve pas avec une pièce en surchauffe le matin et le soir! Et son look coquin et sobre fait qu'il se fera très discret dans chaques pièces où vous allez les installer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You'll be happy when it's done. It's a bit expensive to change over but the front end cost will be worth the switch after you start seeing the savings. The install is quite simple and there is a lot of support if you have trouble. I find having the app makes you more energy aware and that it is well thought out. It's easy to use and set up scheduling or to just make manual adjustments to your heat. The geofence option is pretty cool too. The look is clean and awesome, the motion sensor and adjustable display are great. Overall we are very happy with our Mysa thermostats and glad we switched.
