Does the tape stick on wood and will it outstand wet weather condition?

Hi there, yes this product will stick to wood but it is specifically designed for taping heating, ventilation and air conditioning joints and seams. A multi-purpose or heavy duty duct tape would be better suited for wood. Good luck with your project!

Can this product be removed from painted aluminum without leaving alot of residue?

Thank you for your question. Nashua 322 has not been evaluated for temporary masking or surface protection applications and is designed primarily for permanent seals and repairs. Depending on the length of application, exposure to high temperatures and UV, the adhesive could delaminate from the foil leaving residue behind. It's also possible that the aggressive adhesive would remove or damage the paint beneath it. Best of luck with your application.
