Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME PRODUCT FOR PRICE! DESPITE ONE BAD REVIEW! So... I read the Three reviews, Two were 5-Star and One was 1-Star. I took a gamble despite the one terrible review and it is honestly awesome! After it was assembled it fit together very well and mounted perfectly. It is far better/more sturdy than existing towel bar and offers more overhead storage for towels in washroom rather than having to run down the hall when someone forgets a towel in the linen closet. Plus for an apartment which is a small space it is almost perfect. Despite one bad review and the possibility of a defective product. My experience was amazing and the product more than surpassed my expectations especially considering the quality given the ultra competative price point. My product didnt seem to have miss mat hed upper shelf and lower towel bar proportions. So for me paying 30% of competitors was totally worth while!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bars different widths I had such high hopes for this product. Opening the package it looked to be well constructed and had a nice chrome finish. A great deal at half the cost of competitors. But then when putting it together I discovered the top shelf and the bottom towel rack were different widths by 1.5cm (just over 2/3 of an inch). I'm so disappointed. Because they are such a good deal ... it might be worthwhile to order another just in case this was a fluke...

RACK IS 25 X 10 DEEP X 6 INCH HIGH AND WITH FLANGES ADD 2 INCHES IN IN w & 3 inches in H. all rock solid and almost assembled Plain but solid
