Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money if you have hornets This product does not work on hornets at all. I have a large hornet nest in the tree. I soaked it one evening, none of the hornets died on contact, some flew out and dropped on the ground and stayed alive several hours. The next couple of days there was some hornet activity around the nest, so I soaked it again. This time no hornets dropped out of the nest. The nest dried out and in 3 days the whole nest was happily buzzing again like nothing happened. I wasted money on 2 cans of this product with zero results. Also I found the product to be very inconsistent. Whereas the first can was well pressurized, the second can had half the pressure. Both cans were purchased from the same store within days of each other.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from wasps unimpeded by spray bought this and it's a thin liquid spray, it does not gum up the entrance or anything . my wasp nest was under the concrete pad on my front step. I sprayed the entrance and they flew out of the small Crack between the two concrete pads in front of my front door steps. I sprayed the whole can into the hole and they flew in an out unimpeded. I put steel wool over top of the hole and cross my fingers that the insecticide in the under concrete " cavern " will kill the little stingers before the mail person ( not just men ) arrive .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from drops the wasps instantly had enough to take down 3 nests, kills the wasps on contact so they dont even have a chance to fight back

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If you can find a nest..otherwise...Not good ???!!! Not effective if I cannot find nests in bushes and trees ..a bit dangerous to search thru brunches and leaves ..looking for a nest....'kissing wasps' as I search :-( RAID..do you make a product I can apply as a blanket treatment and the wasps bring the 'poison' on their legs the nest themselves??!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seems to have done the job It seems to have worked but the strong force of the spray made a bit of a mess. Watch out for splashback if you're aiming anywhere near you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work as I thought Raid would Bought one can, sprayed on the hornets , few were killed. Did a few applications over few days , soaked entire area, killed a few on contact. Never eradicated the problem. I thought Raid was a good product, but this time I seem to have wasted my money

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wasp and hornet spray Doesn’t really keep the hornets away from their nest. Kept spraying and hornets kept returning to it and around it

Is this good to use on bees?

Asked by: Srikanth

We have a wasps nest under the upper house siding where it meets the lower brick. There is a small hole where they get in. I have purchased two cans and gone out at night and sprayed the majority of both cans inside the hole. No effect. Any ideas?

Asked by: bg47
The directions on the can indicate that the spray MUST hit the nest and result in it being soaked with the spray. While I've found that spraying individual wasps does result in them being killed the the only thing that has killed of the colony is to soak the nest with the spray.

Does it stain stucco?

Asked by: Aisk
Great question! Since we haven't tried this on stucco, we are unable to advise applying it there. We can only recommend using our products on surfaces or purposes for which they have been tested.
