We bought this convection oven 8 years ago, had already 3 service calls on the biggest element, part DG47-0056A, the total costs of all the services almost amounted to getting a new stove!! The last service calls, Samsung authorized repair tells us the part above is on order (since September), however, today I was frustrated and checked yr parts warehouse and found that Samsung has discontinued the part ! Why does the authorized repair not know that, after 3 phone calls, they still say the part is not in yet, lying! Meaning untrustworthy ! Now what am I todo with an almost brand new oven, with the largest element not. Working. Please take back the stove! Never buy a Samsung stove…

I am not happy with this product as the glass surface stains very guickly (even with water drops) and is very difficult to clean. The metal surrounding the glass top has a very poor coating as there is already areas on the metal that are shiny which probably occurred when a pot has come in contact with the metal surface. I do not see that this range will last an extended number of years as the quality & design of the material used in this range is of a low standard. I do not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scrapes/Scuffs and Sticky Bubbles on the Cooktop I just bought this Range 4 weeks before and now I am fed up. I am banging my head against the wall. It takes more than a hour everyday for cleaning for only 20 minutes of coking. This is physically demanding and has become a nightmare for us. Each time after cooking we see sticky bubbles on the glasstop around the burner and forms a ring. We have tried Weimen cooktop cleaner, vinegar, Vim Cleaner, Windex. But it seems nothing is working and we have to rub the glasstop vigorously. I have searched enough in google and it seems many customer has reported this problem and all of them are fed up. According to them this problem happens in the hard water area. The minerals in the water form this sticky residue on the glass surface. Can Samsung help me by advising an easy solution to clean after cooking. Else, though this a costly product but I have no other choice than to throw this out. I shall never use Samsung Poduct again and will advise others not to use Samsung Ranges.

The circuit board needed to be replaced about 5 months ago and was covered under warranty. It is now doing the same thing. How is it possible that products are so poor these days. Not a happy customer.

Purchased April 2022.  Last week I accidentally boiled over some beets in my range.  I used the approved cleaner and now the front burner on my stove is completely scratched.  What can I do with this? It ruins the look of my new range.
