Southwire 3/4 inch EMT SIMPush Type-LB Conduit Body

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Southwire warrants to the SimPush customer the product being sold being free from manufacturing and material defects for the period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. Southwire shall have the right to replace or repair said product, at Southwire's option, upon return of same by customer to Southwire within said one (1) year period. This limited warranty shall not, however, apply where the product has been modified, damaged, not installed or used in a proper or legal manner or installed or used in a manner contrary to Southwire's instructions. Customer shall be solely responsible to determine the suitability of the product for customer's intended use. Southwire shall have no liability to customer on any basis for any claims or damages howsoever arising under or related to the product, other than the said repair or replacement of the product. Southwire likewise reserve the right at their discretion to refund the customer the amount paid for said product. To the furthest extent of the law, Southwire shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential or punitive dames, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, death, loss of business, lost profits, or revenues, business interruption, or other monetary loss arising out of or related to the defectiveness of the product, whether or not such damages were foreseen or unforeseen.
