Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad Have been using for a while measuring CMU blocks spacing, the coating really does protect the paint, unlike other tapes which shed pieces of yellow off easily. Stand out is fine for small distances. While a lack of metric units is slightly inconvenient, it adds to the clarity and may not be a bad thing, especially when framing involves mainly imperial. Will see how long it lasts, my old tape measure's spring coil snapped long before the paint wore off, I hope this one won't let me down.

Is says 1/2 3/4 and one inch blade wide so what do you get if you buy one it doesn’t have the option to choose

How wide is the tape? It's frankly ridiculous that this isn't in the listing, it's the SECOND most important part after the length.
