Just wondering if this would be your best product for lubricating the stabilizing jacks underneath a trailer ?  Looking for a non toxic alternative to wd40 that does not attract dust

Yes it would be better the wd40, but those jacks are exposed to all the road grim, so i may still collect dust a debris. As far as i know this product is really good for locks on doors and buildings.

Has anyone used it on a lawn mower deck?

Yes, this will work well on the deck. It sprays on wet but dries to a dry non oily surface. Keep an eye on the deck to evaluate how often to re-apply the spray. This works also very well on snow blower chutes.
