Rated 1 out of 5 by from CAUTION WESTERN CANADA I purchased this THOR model from Home depot online 5 years ago. Now having some operational issues/concerns. I contacted Home Depot and was told to contact local service repair shops. I contacted local Repair/service shops and was told they do not repair THOR. Found out after speaking to THOR there is no certified service repair in my region. Buyer be ware. If you are considering this purchase I would suggest contact your local repair shops first to confirm if they service THOR. It would appear for me this will be a very expensive throw away purchase when something fails.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t BUY Run! Bought this 18 months ago, trouble with the oven, the igniter went was going to cost us to fix it. They wanted up front the mileage from Toronto to where we live more than 3 hours away. The stove initially looked the part. Very disappointed with the quality and service....walk away from this BRAND THOR worst product I have bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome range After an unfortunate disappointment with another range from another retail outlet, we found our current range at Home Depot and to make this purchase even sweeter, HD price matched a current flyer advertized by another dealer and we saved $200 more. Thank you HD!!!! We are very happy with this range and so far it is working well and is meeting our expectations.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap parts from china I bought this product from a different supplier (same model though). The thermostat is garbage. broke after 1 day. cheap little switch. THOR has some high quality parts but they make in China with cheap dinky wiring and connections. has all the makings of a great product if they didn't cheap out with the rest. the gas stovetop works well so far though

I'm wondering what kind of ignition this stove uses for the oven. Is it a glow plug style that draws a consistent electrical current the entire time the oven is on? Or is it a spark ignition system that only draws current when actually igniting the oven?

1. Does the LRG3001u have Convection Bake and Convection Roast functions? 2. Can anyone share experience about service and warranty support for LRG3001u in canada? Is parts and service a problem?

Asked by: ginni
