The only tools you will need to install are a measuring tape, chalk line, utility knife with a sharp blade and a contractor square. Easily maintained by vacuuming or sweeping. In the event of a stubborn stain or damaged tile, simply replace the tile with a new one. Rated 4 out of 5 by from look great! I used these on a covered balcony. They were easy to install, even where I needed to cut some. I used a double sided tape because they are outside and may get a little wind and rain on the edge. They are not quite as thick as I expected, but are soft to walk on and so far there is no sign of any edges lifting. The colour is beautiful.

Just really annoyed that they were discontinued right after we purchased them. We need about 8 more tiles to finish the space and can't because they no longer sell them.

Are these tiles suitable for an outdoor rough concrete balcony and if so - what adhesive is necessary other than peel and stick option.

These are suitable for outdoor use and can be applied without any additional adhesive. If the concrete is broken, wavy, or uneven then the carpet tile will telegraph the imperfections no matter what adhesive is used. But the adhesive should be sufficient for a balcony.
