Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Every Penny We LOVE this "little" oven!!! It preheats so quickly and bakes so evenly. I wish it had a few more oven temperature settings (doesn't go below 300 degrees,) but definitely is worth every penny. I can fit two of my largest cookie sheets in at once and can't imagine any roaster wouldn't fit. A great innovation with the battery to replace a standing pilot light.

Would I be able to roast a turkey in the oven: 18-20 lbs? How high a heat can we roast at?

The oven dimensions of our Unique 20" Propane Off-Grid Oven are 13.7” [H] x 14.7” [W] x 20.1” [D] (2.4 cu.ft). There is no roast function on an off-grid range, but it will bake/cook the turkey like any regular oven will.
