Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't Buy Oven is hard to turn on, we have to try 10 times or so. Top burners are fine. Owner's manual has 2 pages on how to turn the oven on and each paragraph ends with something like: "if this doesn't work, call a technician". So you know it's poorly engineered. When have you ever needed to be told how to light an oven? Super frustrating. Save the aggravation and buy another model!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect stove for off-grid This meets our needs. 20" quality stove, the oven is very well insulated, great support from company for my questions. Delivery on-time. Could not be more pleased with our purchase. The manual is a bit confusing so take your time assembling it it (some assembly required, not much). It took me about 30 min to the stove ready for professional installation to the exterior bbq propane tank. The oven is fine but needs watching and can vary 25 degrees or so while baking or roasting. Suggest anyone buying this buys an oven thermometer. The broiler is fine although the broiler pan has an extra quarter-size lid that partially fits over the well at the end of the broiler pan and which isn't necessary. The ignition works from a battery (D cell) which is great in case we have a power failure. We have had this a month or so and use it several times a day. No problems. Highly recommended.

Does the stove come with fittings? If not does Home Depot have a fitting package?

Could we use this in an outdoor kitchen?  It would be protected from rain but moister than an indoor kitchen.  Would that moisture compromise the oven/stove working?

I would say yes, but the weather and moisture will prob shorten its life span in my opinion. Ours is in a small cabin protected from direct moisture and wind.
