Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very well made I installed this amonth or so ago. It looks great and the quality seems to be as good as high end brands. Easy to install but it has one problem mentioned by others. Easy fix for the manufacturer. The spout is threaded with straight not pipe thread and the O-Ring supplied for the seal is not right. I put a flat rubber washer in and it worked great but I am a trademsan and I can see where less knowledgable homeoner doing it themselves may not know what to do. Hey manyfacturer you have a great product; why not supply a good washer instead of a useless O-ring.

The source connections are 1/2" female so require an adaptor to connect with a typical 1/2" supply line hose. It is extremely difficult to connect without leaking. I see no way to add a washer as the pipe connectors have no interior flange to support one....
