Rated 1 out of 5 by from touch screen in dangerous! We are happy with this range other then the touch screen. It is very sensitive and very dangerous. This week we dripped a couple of drops of water on the screen when making a baby bottle at 1am and the oven turned itself on BROIL without us knowing. We woke 4 hrs later to the smell of melting plastic and the exhaust fan had turned on automatically from the intense heat. The entire kitchen was very hot. It was terrifying to find the oven on broil at 500 degrees in the middle of the night without us knowing. We would get rid of the touch screen in a heartbeat if we could! Also it does not keep time. The clock runs fast and every few months it is over 10 mins ahead.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after 7 months Bought this in March. It was delivered in May and the main control panel malfunctioned by December. It began turning off and on by itself or just wouldn't work at all. A repair person confirmed this in mid-December and we haven't had a stove since. After a reasonable amount of time with camp stoves and take-out, I called Whirlpool to return it so we could get a stove that didn't have this vulnerability but they refused to return it. They offer a "Repair Only" policy but their catch is that they don't have to give a time on WHEN they will do it. This I find unreasonable and not doing business in good faith.

My only concern is I already had to have it serviced and the oven wouldn't function for 2 weeks. Add to that the fact that there isn't a service rep in my area so my initial timeline was 3 weeks just to have someone look at it and then however long to actually repair. They ended up getting a rep from an hour or so away to come service and I commend them for that. Customer service reps were friendly and did their best. It's just little concerning to know that I could be left without an oven for so long if something else goes and the fact that things are failing so early in my ownership.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Brand new appliance - the oven doesn't work. Just pumps out gas and does not ignite. Once in a while it will actually ignite but won't go past 185 degrees. And the front burner does not produce an even flame. It's very high on one side and barely there on the other. And the company they sent out to repair it had no clue what they were looking at. We received our brand new stove over two months ago and still cannot cook in the oven. Looks nice but quality is lacking and customer service to repair it is lacking even more.

I really did not want a Smart range but the price was OK. I don't use the wifi but the other features are great. I love all the burners .... and the oven is first rate. It is also really quiet. The fan on my old oven was like a jet engine!! The one negative is that the timer should be louder and longer. And I have not tried the steam cleaning function yet. Overall, I am very happy with this range.

I like how the cooking grates can be lifted for cleaning purposes. It is a convection oven which gives you the flexibility to bake however you want. The only drawback, well there are 2 actually ... the control panel on the top front is WAY too sensitive and can be inadvertently turned on or off during normal cooking use, it gets too easily splattered, and the black top is ridiculously impossible to keep clean. I love cooking with gas, but should’ve purchased a glass top stove this time around.

I was a bit intimidated by the smart features but have now found them easy to manage and really efficient. The real selling point for me was the cleaning feature. I’ve been afraid to use the self clean feature on other ovens but this one works great and is less intimidating. Love the size of the oven. I can cook a complete meal in it. I really like whirlpool products and also have purchased a microwave and dishwasher. They are dependable. It means a lot to me and my family.

However, I am disappointed with the oven. It is not heating consistently nor to the exact temperature set. I have had to add an oven thermometer and adjust the temperature set above my desired cooking temperature. So far, I have only done a few baked goods and as the exacta temperature and cook times needing to be precise, it has been a challenge. I still have not used the air fry option and the convect roast. I hope that they will impress me!

This is a gas stove, by gas do you mean propane or natural gas.

The WEG750H0HW will come ready for use with natural gas but will also include Liquid Propane conversion kit parts as well in case you want to switch to using propane gas instead. We are interested the above gas range and need to check dimensions. Our space is 31" wide, 26" depth, and 35.5" high. The Assembled dimensions are close enough; however, the item dimensions are not. Which apply?

With this range you can get quick access to spills on the cooktop with our industry-first EZ-2-Lift™ hinged cast-iron grates.
