Rated 1 de 5 de par Useless junk after a couple months Worked fine for the first couple months. Now not able to connect to the doorbell camera and does not record clips. It notifies of movement but can’t connect to the camera. If I reset the camera and wifi modem it’ll work for a day or two and then the same issue. Wifi signal is strong, replaced our wifi modem. Contacted support and they want me to pay for shipping to replace under warranty. Lots of other people reporting similar issues. Stay away from this video doorbell.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Not What I expected! I bought this couple of days ago and installed. Installation was super easy but operating the device was not. Everytine I answer my phone when someone doorbell, i could not see any picture/video. Its all black if not green! Install and reinstall does not help. I don’t see keeping this one! Junk!

Rated 1 de 5 de par Don’t buy this I bought a doorbell camera 3 months ago and 90% of the features are only available if you pay a monthly plan. They changed this within this time frame. it wasn’t the description when I purchased it. The only setting without paying is the sensitivity and even if you set it at 1/100 it keep sending notifications for my neighbor going out of his house from the other side of the street more than 150ft away. also for all cars and peoples passing in the street at more than 50ft away from my door. totally useless now and super annoying with all the useless notifications.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Works great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this doorbell camera and I'm a first time user of one so I was kind of skeptical of if working correctly. Boy was I wrong I wish I would have gotten one years ago. This camera picks up everything and never misses a beat. The picture and quality is very clear and I can say I have no worries of being home alone or not being home because I know myself and my house are safe and protected 24/7. Definitely a must buy if your looking for one, this is the one you need.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great front door surveillance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the this doorbell camera and the easy it is to use. The installation was really easy by following the instructions provided. The setup on the app is also really easy to do. I like the wide angle option when I want to use this. I am now able to see when packages are left and I can even talk to the delivery person. The picture is really good even at night. I can't believe I didn't get one much earlier, I now can't do without this camera watching my front door.

Rated 4 de 5 de par This will be helpful in more ways than a doorbell [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in the mail and I don't know why, but I thought it was a wireless doorbell...If you are under that impression, it IS NOT...This has to be hard wired in and then can be accessed thru phone or computer. I think this is a great option versus some of the more expensive brands out there and offers voice and visibility to the front door out to the yard. My husband wants to yell at people and scare the kids when they get home, lol but I'm looking forward to knowing when packages have arrived and MAKING SURE that mail carriers USPS & UPS, FEDEX, etc aren't just throwing boxes around! It's also an assurance that no one is coming in or out of the house without us knowing about it, which if you have teens, can be very helpful!

Rated 4 de 5 de par Need Electrician [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a clear, big, video. It’s just big enough, not too bulky. I can see my porch and my driveway with it, so I can see if there are packages or anyone trying to take them. The only downside to this, for me, was you need an Electrician to put it on because of the wiring. If it were a bit easier for regular, non wire, type of people to put on I would give it a 5.
