But it has a good simple design and fits with a lot of other decor styles too. It is heavy, with a solid zinc body, and it mounts with a simple flat plate and set screw. It holds a robe without slipping, and it also makes a nice single towel holder. The hook is a good size for a lot of other things too - I found it works great for hanging a backpack full of books. The surfaces are all polished and smooth which makes it easy to clean; there were no sharp edges. I like the minimalist look, plus it's strong and looks cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a hefty looking hook that was placed on the inside of a closet door to hold a seldom used terry bath robe. You know the one you have to grab to answer the door just as you were going to enter the shower. The finish is terrific and great looking. The ease of installation was good, and the fact that I had to mount it on a hollow core door created some concern, But a trip to the Home Depot hardware department with the question would the screws hold to the door was answered with "It should, but you might try a little "Gorilla" glue on the mounting plate just to be safe" Well, it worked and it holds the heavy robe perfectly.

I had planned on using it as closet robe hanger, but after seeing this personally, oh no, this is so beautiful this commands its own area to stand out. I have decided to place it on the back door of a guest bathroom for my out of town guests to hang whatever they like. I like to hang bathrobes for my guests in their rooms, since we have a hot tub. Now they have this beautiful hook to utilize. I have chrome sink and bathroom accessories all in Chrome and this fits so nicely. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Delta Compel Single Towel Hook is impressively heavy and stylish. The stainless finish is really pretty. This is a hook that is going to last for ages. Installation was super easy. Only took about 10 minutes. There was no stud in this location, but using the included anchors made this hook super secure. We have no fear it is going to come out of the wall or not be able to take a good amount of weight. We are thrilled with the Compel Single Towel Hook. It is the high quality you would expect from Delta and well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compel Single Towel Hook in Stainless I like the beautiful styling of the Compel collection, and for me this robe hook really stood out as unique. The brushed stainless steel color is perfect for our guest bathroom. And it is designed to really hold on to a towel, robe or other item you put in it. I paid big bucks for a fancy European hook I thought looked nice, but everyone says items slip right off. This one actually works! Chrome is used most often in bathrooms, but the more matte look seems more updated than the ultra shine of chrome. Also stainless steel is not as dark as many brushed nickel fixtures, and less prone to water spotting from my experience. This is a quality Delta product, that will be used for many years.

It has a nice quality finish and appears to be a solid cast part with a good plated finish. The mounting bracket is a heavy gauge steel plate that engages with the set screw nicely for a secure attachment. My only minor gripe (as a personal pet peeve) is that the wall anchors are the typical plastic plug style, which in my experience are easy to strip out and not as solid as screw-in/spiral anchors for a fixture that can be subjected to accidental jerks and tugs for a high-traffic fixture. If mounted directly to a stud, this is not an issue and everything else is very high quality.

Made to match the Delta Compel line of faucets and other accessories, this stainless steel robe hook is a modern twist on a highly underrated piece of hardware. I chose to mount this particular hook in the bath, thereby allowing me to hang wet swim suits. Installation was a breeze, and the hook looks and performs just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade. Recently we moved into a newer home as the second owner and it had few to no upgrades in the bathroom and laundry room. Previous owner installed a low grade hook to hang miscellaneous items in the bathroom. This Delta satin finish hook really dressed up the area. It comes with all the hardware you need to hang the hook. It has a base you install, then place the hook over the base and use an allen wrench (provided) to secure the hook. The final product looks great.
