Rated 1 de 5 de par Do Not Buy..!! Junk. Thin Chinese construction, will not hold up. Manufacturer defect that company will not hold up warranty, where feet are attached to gazebo /anchor points comes unattached from gazebo during any wind or rain. Mine was destroyed 2 weeks after assembly by “mild” wind. It was installed correctly, per “BILT” video instructions, all screens opened for “flow-through”, still failed horribly. DO NOT BUY FROM HAMPTON BAY. Will not respect warranty for faulty workmanship, design..!! Very Disappointed. $$$ down the drain. Should have donated to flood victims, and would have felt better .......

Rated 5 de 5 de par Beyond happy I wasn't sure how sturdy this would be given the price but i am beyond thrilled with it. When I unpacked the pieces, they didnt seem to be very strong but once the entire frame was up and bolted securely to my deck, it was solid! The canopy was hard to get on but that's how it should be. I would suggest leaving the corner with the pull loop for the end. 3 days after I put it up (by myself) we had high winds from a tornado... it barely moved. It has been up for over a month and stood solid in wind and rain storms.. no leaking at all. I am very happy with this purchase.

Got to the framing for the top cap and 2 of the 4 bars are kinked. The replacement parts are on the way they say. I did all of the assembly myself. The framing parts all snap together with the spring-loaded pin joints...no nuts and bolts. Appears sturdy enough and I plan on bolting it to a wooden deck. This should make it sturdy enough for most of the weather we'll have this spring. We will tie back the curtains after each use and hope the roof stays put. We really like the design and the fact that it has a screen and privacy curtain. Can't yet say if the fabric is waterproof. Would like to submit a follow-up review in a month or so but I don't know if that is possible after this review.

Highly recommend using the BILT app for assembly instructions. Make sure you look ahead of steps as there are troubleshooting tips for certain possible issues. I anchored it to my deck with lag bolts and the sturdiness seems good overall. Took about 4 or 5hrs total. THE GOOD: Powder coating on frame is good and the snap together pieces make it easy. Price is good. THE BAD: Canopies are hard to stretch onto the roof beams (Stitching started to tear a tiny bit). For the last corner of the canopy, undo the roof beams, slide them up towards the center a bit, then down into the corner pockets, then reinsert the beams into the slots on the frame. The snap in pieces make it quick, but they allow it to wiggle quite a bit. Also, some of the roof beams seemed a little bent and easy to bend/deform. Oh, and the replacement canopies and curtains are very expensive if you need them down the road!

Rated 1 de 5 de par Looks good but is really flimsy My husband and I put this together. First, some of the “screws” that hold the metal frame together were stripped when we tried to tighten them. Second, the big canopy was so hard to stretch on that some of the plastic pegs at the end broke and wouldn’t stay in. Third, when we did finally get the big canopy to stretch enough, it looked like the stitches were coming out. Overall, this looks nice but I would really like to return it and get my money back.

So frustrating that 2 men wanted to disassemble and return it before they were done. Had to switch poles around 3 times in order for canopy to be able to be stretched on. Still so tight that one side ripped. Tiny holes can be seen forming in different areas because canopy is stretched so tight. Flimsy design. The legs are so lightweight that the smallest amount of wind has it rocking and actually shifted the gazebo legs inward so it isn't straight and looks bent. Always wanted one of these, but apparently i need to spend more than 500 to get a quality gazebo. Want to return it but dreading the annoyance of taking it down after all that work

Rated 2 de 5 de par You shouldn't buy this I bought this item last year August 2019. Put it up in December. Shipped with parts that were made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Got replacement parts and finished putting together. 2 pieces snapped right away. My gazebo has been broken since Jan 2020, and I've called multiple times to get replacement parts. I called for the 4th time last month in July. Told they still don't have the replacement parts. It's now been almost 8 months since the pieces broke. I've been told the parts aren't available, yet somehow you can still buy the same gazebo that uses the parts that I'm waiting on. You really shouldn't spend your money on this. If something goes wrong you're out of luck.

Needless to say my husband and I came home and was disappointed and have not even had a chance to enjoy it.

hello, I assume that the roof fabric has to be removed for our winters here in eastern Canada? is it possible to do that without dismantling the whole gazebo? thanks

Posée par: somewhereInKanata
Yes. I have had mine for 2.5 years. Very easy. I live in Ottawa Ontario Canada So we get tons of snow. I don't take the curtains and netting off, just the main canopy

Can this be mounted to deck so it cant be moved?

Posée par: Dyharris1
Yes, we mounted with screws in place of the stakes provided in the stake holes. There are 8 holes in total, 4 each panel

How sturdy is this Gazebo? Assuming that you use the stakes will it hold up to strong winds or d...

Posée par: Don
It will fly away in a small gust of wind, this thing is a giant wind sail made of very cheap guage metal and would be gone within the first few minutes of a storm. Not sturdy whatsoever, with stakes it would pull up out of ground and blow away or it would stay in place and dis-form all the paper thin supports.... you'd have to take it down before any inclimate weather and it takes roughly 2-3hrs to assemble/disassemble, so hope you don't get any popup storms.

Does the mosquitoe netting and privacy curtain zip close? Also, does privacy curtain cover all four sides at same time?

Posée par: Justme
yes, all four sides privacy curtains, zippers are on both privacy and mosquito netting, but if your area is windy don't waste your time it will bend and break on you

Posée par: Bob
Hi Bob, If you're referring to the mosquito netting and curtain, the mosquito netting should be installed inside the gazebo and the curtain should be on the outside part of the unit.
