Rated 2 de 5 de par There are better carts for less money. Assembly was easy, but there are no washers for under the bolt heads so you need to be cautious not to overtighten to ensure they don’t dig too far into the plastic. Frame seems sturdy. However, the rotating (steering) castors don’t rotate very smoothly at all. These carts are designed to have the steering casters on the same side as the handle, but some people (like my wife) prefer them on the opposing side, and you typically have the ability to install them on whichever side you prefer. These are ‘error proofed’ to force you to install them on the handle side, so if you don’t want it set up that way-too bad. The way that the legs assemble to the upper tray is also poorly designed, and with heavy use, I wouldn’t expect it to last very long before the single-screw-per-leg pulls through the hole and the cart becomes unsturdy. For $120, I don’t believe it holds value. There are better designed carts of the same size available for $20-$30 less.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Solid cart I read the reviews of this product before purchasing. I decided to get this one verses a metal one. This Husky cart is top-notch. It is cast poly-plastic, or whatever it's called. but it is VERY solid, and heavy-duty. I don't think I'll be putting 250 lbs on each shelf, but it does appear to be able to handle it. I cannot imagine anyone giving this less than four stars, unless you're just plain stoopid. It is worth the hundred dollar bill-ish I gave for it. I'll never need another one, ever! The ONLY thing I would like would be four swivel casters; that way I can move it around easier in a small area in my workshop.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Very good quality vs. price Great utility cart. I had bought something less expensive via an online retailer. I was disappointed by that purchase, quickly shipped it back - and purchased this husky utility cart. Very please. Easy to put together. My only issue was that the screws and nuts needed to assemble the product were loose in the box - as if someone bought the item ; returned it and didn't package the screws up - in the end it all was fine as all the screws were included. i need another one - if this item goes on sale - i'll be buying another one.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Wheels deteriorated within 1 year. Piece of junk. This is a low quality piece of junk. The plastic frame of the cart itself is fine, sturdy, well designed with the two layers. However, the the wheel apparatus is utter junk. The bearings wore down within a year, making the swivel action all but stop. This means the cart can't turn easily, or wonkily turns the cart while you're trying to push it. Also, the metal attachments for the wheels are made of an extremely cheap, soft material, and got bent out of place easily. This further ruined the wheels. All in all, this cart fell apart for me in under 1 year. Very disappointing and a total waste.

Tools required are 10mm socket, ratchet and screwdriver some Loctite as a option. Very good plastic comes with top and bottom trays one piece construction also four legs and hardware as well as 2 swivel casters 2 fixed casters. Easy to assemble instructions are ok I feel this could take a normal use beating and last no real complaints about this product. Price tag 99 dollars is over priced for it I think. If your not wanting to buy something twice go with this cart.

Rated 5 de 5 de par ordered online and had a friend pick it up. ... ordered online and had a friend pick it up. Was expecting to get a box and put it together. but at the store they had assembled it already. Not a big deal. It barely fit in the car but made the trip home. The assembly (IMO) put the casters on the wrong end but 4 screws and a quick flip we swapped it back to caster in the front. sturdy and good use for holding mobile tools for my door assy changes. Just what I was looking for.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Husky Service Cart Excellent, well built, extremely useful parts cart for the garage. Only improvement would be to swap the swivel castors' position with the fixed ones. Would make the cart easier to maneuver.

Where to place swivel and fixed casters to get best operationLike casters on same short side?

Posée par: Dh1
I put one of these together last week. Initially (as per the instructions) I had the swivel casters on the side with the handle. I found it a little awkward so I unscrewed the top tray and switched it around. My advice is to not screw the top on right away. Put it on the supports and try wheeling it around, then take the it off and rotate it 180 degrees. Decide which way works better for you before you attach it with the screws. (It can always be changed later too. There's just 4 Phillips head screws)

i want to put a Master tube type heater on the top and the propane tank on the bottom, most of the heat goes out and not down so i'm thinking this is ok, can you confirm?

Posée par: nancy
Yes, I’d say this should be fine. Just so long as any hot parts of the heater stay away from the actual plastic cart, which could be a serious problem!
