Looked at the US General 72", Homak 72". For the money they are great products. I then saw a review for the Husky 66". Great quality at a great price says the reviewer. Got on to Home Depots website, read the reviews and it is was on sale for 599.00. Placed the order without going to the store as they did not have one in stock to look at. Just received the box. Awesome!!! For the money, this is a fantastic product. It may not be a Snapon or Mac but I did not pay 5000 bucks for it. Drawers slide great and have plenty of rigidity. First impressions: great box! Cannot go wrong for 599.00!

Rated 3 de 5 de par Yeah it's alright It's alright, doesn't sit level anywhere because I'm pretty sure it's tweaked a little bit. Drawers feel fine for the price, had it a few months and it seems to be doing well. I wouldn't recommend putting a lot of weight in the top large drawer, use it for some of your favourite tools you grab a lot and your wallet and whatever. The hardwood top is very soft and you can put marks in it with your fingernail, so I'd recommend grabbing some thick plywood and screwing it in so that you can change the top out when it gets wrecked since the wood on this thing is easily damaged and is glued on so it can't really be removed easily.

I was very impressed with the quality of this box when I was looking at them online I seen that the gauge thickness was 21 verses the gauge thickness of the Milwaukee box was 19. I own the Milwaukee 46 in top box and I like the strength of the drawers and thickness of the walls of drawers. I was afraid this being 21 gauge that it would feel too thin like some boxes I have seen. when I went to pick up the box I had them unpack it at Home Depot to make sure no damage and to see if I liked the box . I was very pleased at the quality of the box it makes a good addition to my tool boxes I would highly recommend this to anyone that needs a box of this size.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Get the Red Chest... I purchased this unit because it's more compact than the 52" unit that used to be available with the USB power strip built in. What I did not know was that the black version of this unit does NOT come with this strip. The angle of the photos on the website at the time of purchase did not reveal that this unit does not have the power strip - only the red version does. Only the red version was set up in store to look at. The listing for the black unit also itemizes the strip as quantity one - Home Depot should fix this as there are numerous reviews stating the same. I only kept it because it is not easy returning a 300lb item to the store. Do yourself a favor and get the Red version which is less expensive and has the strip included...

It took 7 people (in-store, on the phone and online chat) to figure how how to get me the keys. Well over 9 hours of my time - imagine what would happen if I wanted to be reimbursed for that! It’s sad when most of the solutions given to me was to pack up the 300 lb item and bring it back - FOR A KEY. One person actually had the nerve to tell me they could not wait on hold with the vendor any longer because they weren’t answering! Um....WHAT???? It may be time to change our purchases to the Canadian owned and operated Company! I am sure nothing will come of this review!!!’

Rated 3 de 5 de par Depends on what you need it for! - As a big tool box, I rate it a 5 out o 5. - I don't move it around too much (with stuff in it) as it feels too wobbly for my liking when I do so! - The locking mechanism is a joke. It refuses to unlock, and I have to try and jiggle the key more than a few times to unlock it. One could easily break the key inside the lock if one isn't careful. - The holes on the handle bar (used to move the workbench around) were not aligned with the holes on the bench which prevented me from installing it. (I could file the holes, if I really wanted to install it) - But like I've mentioned, I only need it as a big tool box, and for that purpose I absolutely love it. For the price, it certainly is very good value!

Rated 2 de 5 de par Disappointed in many aspects I'm disappointed in many aspects. 1) Many aesthetic defects that shouldn't have passed quality control : dents, scratches, bent metal, ... etc (packaging was good, so I really think it comes from the factory). 2) I can see some rust at one place. Not much, but I don't think this is acceptable. 3) Especially for the bottom right one, some drawers are very difficult to close and open. the force required makes it difficult to open them smoothly without throwing the tools inside. 4) Wood is not that good looking in the front where there is a knots. Not that bad, but this wood part should have been discarded. I'm returning it and will consider another brand. It seems that this tool box has lost quality over time.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Good Value This cabinet is a good buy for the money. The drawers work fine when loaded. While heavier gauge construction would be appreciated, I think it will hold up fine for typical home use. It was delivered to me on a truck with a lift gate and they moved it into my garage. It was easy for me to remove from the crate by myself. The only tools I needed were a box cutter and a socket wrench. Removal directions are clearly spelled out on the crate. For my use of general home tool storage, I would have gladly given up one of the thinner drawers to have the longer bottom drawer deeper.

They don't have one available yet I don't know if they're ever going to come out with one. I actually built a hutch for mine using 2 sheets of plywood , a two foot strip light, a 12 plug power strip, and 6 steel pegboard panels from wall control. Then I used a couple brackets to bolt it down to the top. I also painted it high gloss black it ended up coming out really nice and if you're handy enough I would definitely suggest doing the same. It cost me about $300 in materials.
