Rated 5 de 5 de par Bright and durable flooring This engineered hardwood has a beautiful grain and look to it, it adds brightness to your space. The click system is one of the easiest I have ever installed; I did not run into any issues with installation. One of the specific benefits I will say about this engineered hardwood is that it comes with multiple sizes in each box… saving you time and effort installing. My medium sized dog has run over it plenty of times now and I have yet to find one scratch. It is very durable and well built. It is very easy to clean if you spill or get anything on it. I highly recommend this floor and have zero complaints.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Heavy duty and waterproof It comes with 10 planks in a box and it is heavy. I like that it comes with anti-microbial pad and it is so easy to install without having to put underlay. I am installing them in my basement on top of concrete floor and it is very easy to click and set them in. The white Oak hardwood make my basement floor looks bigger and brighter. My basement had several areas that were leaking lightly before but they were fixed and I hope the engineering flooring will survey if water leak does happen again. Although it comes with different length for staggering the flooring but I like them to come with all full length since cutting them is not that difficult.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Beautiful warm flooring What a beautiful LVP floor possibly the nicest I have seen so far. I have installed pretty much all the LifeProof brand LVP floors so the lock system is the usual excellent product, thick preinstalled underlay as usual. What's unusual is the staggered sizing of the planks which allows you to do a much more "authentic" wood looking floor just make sure to arrange your pieces prior to installation so you don't end up with a bunch of shorts near the end of your project.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Parchment white oak 7 mm Installation was a bit hard due to the heaviness of the product. You definitely need the rubber mallet. The product is nice and strong and heavy and should wear it nicely in the bedroom that needs flooring. I am putting it in overall a four-star based on the level of knowledge to successfully install the product. I liked that the product came with half size end pieces that made it quick and easy to start and finish the rows. The colour is true to the labelling.

Rated 5 de 5 de par High Quality Flooring Upon opening the package, I noticed that the planks were of high quality. I ended up installing this in a bathroom of a rental property. It was a huge upgrade from the water damaged laminate flooring previously. The floors felt solid, and the fact that they are waterproof make it a bonus and ideal for my installation purposes. Although I haven't tested its waterproof capabilities myself, I haven't had any complaints and expect this to last for years to come. The installation was easy as it uses a click system similar to that of traditional vinyl plank flooring. The planks also come in different lengths. In my opinion, this product is comparable to a very high quality vinyl plank, as opposed to your traditional engineered hardwood made of a plywood core that I have in my own home. Upon comparison, the finish looked equally as good and I would not hesitate to install this in my own home in the future.

As a homeowner on the hunt for a reliable and stylish flooring solution, I decided to give the LifeProof Parchment White Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring a shot, and I'm pleased to say that my experience has been mostly positive. While there are a few aspects that could use improvement, this flooring option deserves a solid four out of five stars. Installation Innovation: The inclusion of random length pieces in the LifeProof Parchment White Oak flooring package was a game changer for installation. It not only allowed for a more natural look but also made the process much smoother. The random lengths meant that staggering seams was easier and created an authentic hardwood floor appearance. However, I did notice that some boxes contained multiple pieces that were exactly 50% of a full board, which required careful consideration during placement to avoid aligning seams with full length boards. Design and Aesthetics: The Parchment White Oak design is undeniably charming. The oak's natural grains and color variations will definitely lend a warm and inviting ambiance to my living space when its completed. The visual appeal was one of the main reasons I chose this flooring, and I'm happy to report that it hasn't disappointed. The subtle sheen of the finish really enhances the overall elegance of the floor. Durability and Water Resistance: I've yet to be able to test its water-resistant claim to a great extent, however I fully expect that minor spills and moisture will be easily repelled without leaving any lasting damage given the quality finish and construction of the flooring. I fully expect the boards to hold up well in regular day-to-day usage and expect minimal signs of wear and tear from regular use. Installation and Placement: The random length pieces truly made installation more efficient because you no longer need to cut (and waste) your own random length pieces for starting rows, and the overall click system worked well. I found that a careful approach to selecting and placing the boards helped to mitigate the challenges posed by the 50% full board pieces. With some consideration and planning, it was possible to create a layout that minimized the visibility of seams and maximized the natural look of the floor. The natural variations in color and grain pattern really help to accentuate the natural hardwood look of the flooring and it can really only be appreciated after laying a fairly large area and really does look much better than just looking at individual boards by themselves. Maintenance and Longevity: Regular sweeping and light mopping are certainly sufficient to keep it clean. While there will certainly be minor scratches and scuffs over time, I fully expect that they will not be overtly noticeable due to the natural color variations of the oak. Value for Money: Considering the positives and the areas for improvement, I believe the LifeProof Parchment White Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring offers good value for its price. The innovative random length pieces, combined with the charming design and decent durability, make it a worthwhile investment for homeowners seeking an affordable and attractive flooring solution. Rated 1 de 5 de par This is not engineered hardwood I went to store to buy this product. Upon examination it is NOT engineered hardwood in the usual use of the term. It is a vinyl substrate with a very thin wood laminate on top (maybe 1mm). If you are using this product, expect to have the sort of difficulties found with a vinyl floor product but at a very premium price. A normal engineered hardwood is thicker with a plywood base and is much more substantial.

What is the thickness of the underlay? I have a rule in my condo to have engineered hardwood with atleast 12mil underlay. This does not have any details on the thickness of it
