Rated 4 de 5 de par Nice nail gun Use this nailer on soft to hardwoods from trim to furniture. Never fails to nail! No hose and no loud and heavy compressor. Makes my work easier and faster. Granted it costs as much as a hose, compressor, and nailer. Well worth it if you have limited workspace. Ran out of nails before the battery died. Pairs well with a High Output CP 3.0. Have only had one jam, but I'm pretty sure it was the nails and it was easy enough to resolve. The set tip isn't as small as I'd like, but has yet to hinder my work. Overall a great nailer if you are part of the M18 system and want to avoid cluttering your workspace with a compressor and hose.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Liked it so much, I bought another I purchased the 15 gauge nailer a month ago or so. I was going to use it myself for awhile then let my lead finish carpenter give it a try, I made the mistake of bringing onto a job site still in the box my guys immediately wanted to try it. They both love the gun and my lead carpenter has claimed it for his own and my second finish carpenter is driving me nuts to get him one. I guess I will have to get him one and yet another for myself. We do extremely high end work and on this job we are trimming out the entire house in quarter sawn oak, not easy wood to nail they love the results and the "yellow" gun has not been seen since

Rated 5 de 5 de par Love cordless and hoseless!! This nailer is a game changer for me as I no longer have a need for a compressor and hoses to run a nailer. I am big on job site organization and not having to deal with hoses makes a huge impact. I no longer need to pack a compressor or hoses to my job site. I have used this nailer for over a year and to this day I have not had it jam on me. I have shot nail lengths ranging from 1” to 3” nails. The nailer has power so be careful of the depth you set the nailer to. I always cover up all my pin holes after installation so I check the depth of the nails on my first shot and then adjust accordingly. The nailer is overall heavier then a pneumatic nailer, but not heavy enough where I have ever thought the pneumatic nailer was better. Nails fire consistently and evenly every time. I have used this nailer for mostly trim, but occasionally I will use to install into lumber to prevent breaking or cracking. Overall very happy with the performance of this nailer!!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Throw away your compressor... The M18 Fuel 15 gauge finish nailer is just as good or better than my pneumatics. Better actually, because I don't have to trip over my hose. Last week I installed 100 sheets of 3/4" marine grade plywood coated with epoxy paint shooting 2-1/2" 15 gauge nails and I went through one 5.0 XC battery a day. I didn't have any problems with shiners or penetration and my co-workers who used it were blown away. Today I made a custom door fastened with inch and a quarter 15 gauge nails. I own the M18 Fuel - 18 gauge finish nailer too, and it is just as good. I look forward to Milwaukee's release of their framing nailer and then I will finally be rid of my compressor.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Buyer Beware I have several Milwaukee tools that are over 20 years old and still work great today. I was in the need for a cordless nailer and thought I'd give it a try. After shooting about 10 sticks of nails thru the gun, the nail ram, the part that sets the nail when the trigger is pulled, came nearly out of the gun and froze in place. I returned for a full refund and bought a Senco at a reputable dealership. Also the folks at Milwaukee technical support were a joke. I have no problem with Chinese made equipment as long as the manufacturer has good quality controls in place but that is not the case here. I can only say I'll never buy another Milwaukee tool.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Less equipment to carry on the job!! Milwaukee continues to change the job site with this 15 gauge cordless nailer. You can leave the compressor and hoses you carried onto job sties at home with this nitrogen air spring powered finish nailer. With the power to sink nails into hard and soft woods, you get clean and consistent nail depth with this finish nailer. The tool requires zero ramp up time in between shots giving you performance like a pneumatic nailer. On a CP 2.0 battery you can fire up to 750 nailer per charge. Depth adjustment is tool free with an on board dial that easily adjusts the depth of your nails and clearing a jam is also tools free and easy to do. You have two different firing modes that allow you to drive in nails with each pull of the trigger or you can fire nails with each time contact is made with the tip of the nailer. Also included is an on board LED light and belt hook. With the way the industry is moving, you really have no need to bring a compressor and hoses to your job site. This means less equipment you have to take with you and carry onto your site location. The nailer only weighs 6.6 lbs making for easy work and though it is a bit heavier then pneumatic nailers, it's not heavy enough to cause fatigue. It is also very well balanced. I use this nailer for all my baseboard and molding work that I do. Moving over to cordless is a no brainer and making the switch from pneumatic for finish work is easy because this nailer performs so well!!

Rated 1 de 5 de par no good, cheap, heavy, bad I am a huge milwaukee fan. I use both m12 and m18 tools. I was very excited to buy this nailer for tongue and groove ceiling installation. Shot about 10 nails, then the gun misfired and shot a nail thru the front sleeve. ( see photos). Cleared the jam, started again, went through about 25 nails, did the same thing. Returned the gun and got my money back. The last thing I need is one of my guys hurt or to waste time clearing misfires. I also fully expected interchangeable tips, especially for 45 degree shooting, and at the very least, a soft case. We did the job with $135 pneumatic guns. No jams, no misfires, cheaper.

Rated 5 de 5 de par great tool, and easy fix for centering nails Great tool. And yes, foot is a bit sturdy and takes away visibility, but also provides for a nice frame for a fix. Afte reading mutliplec reviews, my only concern was to be able to accurately place nails in my work. However this was easily fixed by sticking a bit of transparent tape over the foot. One "shot" and I knew the exact location of the point of entry for all subsequent nails. If the tape hole "wears out" after a while (actual this is limited as nail travel is pretty consistent) just replace with a fresh piece of tape. Just make sure to take the battery of to avoid accidents.

The roast below made me laugh. Well done, esp with the refrigerator analogy. To be fair, great web design would include a link to the correct nails.

I'm looking to build an internal wall (making my den into an extra bedroom) and was wondering if ...

Posée par: Robert
This is a finish nailer not a Framing nailer . Two different things that need different tools as the trim nailer has a max length of a 2-1/2" nail and they are only 15 Gauge. If its only one wall like you say it is use a hammer and some 16p nails you dont need a nail gun
