Rated 5 de 5 de par Super Convenient I’m a painter in home restoration, and this tool has saved me time and the boss money numerous times by not having to go back to the shop and getting an air hose, gun and compressor. Since I stick to painting, I never know if there’s a trim that needs to get pinned back up and Im relied on to leave a house finished (since we do restoration from demo to finish) it’s just awesome having this tool waiting for me in the pack out box. Also I’ve only managed to deplete half of a 1.5 amp battery using it for 6 hours installing base, I mean if that’s not remarkable I don’t know what is!! Awesome job Milwaukee and let’s see some painters tools yeah?!!!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Fantastic Nailer I use this nailer to run shoe molding on jobs and also install some base. This nailer has been fantastic and the months that I have used it. This nailer replaced a Hitachi one that I had that was stolen, and I cannot be happier with the performance of this nailer. The nailer has zero issue sinking nails in maple flooring and shoe molding, along with sinking nails in red oak shoe molding and flooring. So far my only dislike of this nailer is the tip because the protective covers are easy to fall off. Based off of the performance of this nailer I went and bought a second one for another crew member and would not hesitate to buy another one in the future.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Never going back to pneumatic I bought this nailer to replace my Hitachi cordless brad nailer. Was tired of having two sets of batteries and chargers and not having a battery guage on the Hitachi battery. This nailer seems to be lighter, and is definitely thinner. I was unable to use the Hitachi for toe kick installation, but this one fits under the cabinets which is a big deal. Typical usage was for window installs and small jobs where it wasn't worth the set up time for air, but now that I've used this one, with the speed, power, and mobility it offers, I haven't brought out my pneumatic. Did an entire house of casing and baseboard, swapped the batteries when convenient. Never had one die on me. 100% recommend this product. I've heard some negative things about the gen 1 but never owned one myself, nothing but good things to say about this Gen 2.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great improvement, a favorite among the crew impressive. a vast improvement over the initial model. The hammer/driver makes a small hole and is more accurate, fires consistently and quickly. lightweight, easy to use. The biggest improvement is the depth adjustment is much much better and can be set to easily and consistently countersink nail to many desired depths...this was the biggest issue with the original version of this nail gun...Well done!!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent product!! Never had a nail jam, misfire, or not land. This cordless nailer is TOP of the line quality and service ability. Can't wait for the 23g nailer to come out!!

Rated 2 de 5 de par Hopefully gen 3 gets it right I have used this product for a few weeks now. It’s an ok nailer, after seeing all the updates from the gen 1 I was hoping many issues were fixed but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Most nails shoot really well and drive clean however when firing 1 1/2” nails the gun jams a lot. Moving the nails to the back of the clip seems to fix it which is strange compared to other nailers I own. When it shoots it’s great but the constant clearing of jams and poor feed of nails slows things down and has me using my pneumatic yet again. Hopefully Milwaukee tools can fix the issue

Rated 2 de 5 de par Possibility I used this Brad nailer for a closet I’m installing and I put about 20 nails in the jambs and was installing the door casing and the plunger stuck so I couldn’t shot any more nails. I have to take it back to where I bought it to have them look into what happened. I bought the nailer for this project to keep from having to hand nail since I haven’t invested into an air nailer or a gas gun, I like the way the nailer feels and the weight of it just not happy with the performance that I have seen this far. All my other Milwaukee tools kick ace and I will buy Milwaukee again just not happy with the brad nailer so far

Rated 5 de 5 de par Very impressed so far I've only used it to trim out a couple of doors so far, but I have to say I'm very impressed with it. Zero ramp up time and the trigger feel is very comparable to my air nailers. It is heavier, but not so much that it would be uncomfortable for all day use on a project. Set depth is very easy to adjust and zero issues with nails setting in oak trim. My only complaint would be that line of sight could be a little better for really accurate nailing, but with the versatility of included tips it becomes a very minor issue. This nailer is a giant leap from the 1st gen brad nailer and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to make the jump to cordless.

Does this brad nailer also use crown staples? I really need that option.

The crown staples have amazing holding power.
Posée par: Bud
Yea, you need to get Milwaukee crown stapler attachment. I here right now if you buy one it comes with a free board stretcher.

How long does the 2.0 battery last shooting 1.25 brads?

Somewhere over 200 nails. I haven't drained the battery yet but I have driven 50 or so nails in a project and used barely a quarter of the battery.

What is a sealed nitrogen system?

Posée par: Buzz
The nailer works by building up pressure; other models need a little time between brads, but this one is ready to go

Where is it made?

Posée par: DAVID
Unfortunately, according to the company, even though they have three facilities in the USA, the majority of the tools (appx 65%) are made in China. I thought the Milwaukee was one of the few companies that did manufacture domestically.
