Rated 1 de 5 de par Wasted potential I love the bit storage in the handle, it's the primary reason I bought this. However, the screwdriver is crippled by a fatal flaw: the ratcheting mechanism requires way too much torque! If you were trying to drive a screw into solid wood then maybe the ratcheting would be useful? But for electric boxes, outlets, etc. I feel like the ratcheting wouldn't start to happen until the screw is 95% in, if at all. I've never felt a ratcheting screwdriver resist this much. Definitely returning.

Rated 1 de 5 de par not that good Just a Klein rip-off. Quality isn't good. Hoped I would like it. Nothing to write home about at all.

Rated 5 de 5 de par This compilation screwdriver is the perfect replacement for the one in your tool belt now. It’s a double ratchet drive as well as stationary drive. It’s got every size/type bit in the one tool. It’s also perfect for that utility drawer in the house. It eliminates the need for multiple tools which makes it perfect for that tool belt and that drawer! Quality built as is the entire Milwaukee line and always readily available just up the street at you local Home Depot. I fully recommend you add this tool to your arsenal!

Rated 2 de 5 de par How to reinvent a screwdriver Nice concept but lacks functionality. My biggest issue is that the shank isn't secured to the handle section. The shank just slides in, it takes very little force to separate them. The length to weight ratio is off. The handle grip is comfortable, the ratcheting selector seems functionable.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Surprisingly junk I love Milwaukee, I probably have a few thousand in Milwaukee products on my work truck. Klein is my go to for screw drivers/tweekers. Saw this new Milwaukee multibit and figured I’d try it before replacing my existing Klein ones. This is absolute trash. Used for 1 day at work(low voltage electrical installation) and probably never again. The bit pullout is flimsy, the extension bit falls out constantly and the plastic just feels cheap. I’m surprised Milwaukee put their name on this. Buy Klein.

Rated 3 de 5 de par The back drag is ridiculous. I'm a fan of Milwaukee tools so I had high expectations. I wish I could have tried this 14-1 ratcheting screwdriver in the store, but the packaging doesn't allow you to test the back drag. The whole point of this tool is to ratchet when you turn it in the opposite direction. Otherwise, it's just a screwdriver. There is so much back drag on this that I could hardly get it to ratchet even when holding the shaft with my hand. That totally defeats the purpose of having a ratcheting screwdriver.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Magnets in both the handle and the extension Feels like a quality screwdriver. Has magnets to hold the bits in the handle and a second magnet at the end of the extension. The magnets also hold the screws on the bits very well, keeps them from dropping when unscrewed . Bought to use on outlets with the ECX bits and it works perfectly. Just what I was looking for when working inside walls and I don't want to be dropping screws. Liked it enough I bought a second one. Other than that it works just as well with all the other bits.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great multi-bit screwdriver [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Milwaukee ratching multi-bit driver is an excellent tool to own. This is a well-made all-metal ratcheting tool. Excellent quality and weight with a comfortable grip handle. The ratcheting is easily controlled with a dial on the handle. I really like that the in-handle storage holds 12 bits and the extended bit holder can be used on a power drill. This is truly a multi-tasking tool. Limited lifetime warranty. Made in Taiwan.

Is the tip magnetic for bits?

Posée par: Steve
Well mine bought in AZ has magnets inside the handle and in the bit receiver at the end of the extension to hold bits. Not sure what the Milwaukee Tools response is talking about. Yes, there are magnets that hold the bits.

Can the ratcheting mechanism be “loosened”? It has a lot of back torque.
