Rated 5 de 5 de PPPPP par Pretty good product I actually bought the total kit from Hydroclean because my fill valve was leaking and I wanted to add the dual flush function at the same time. Valves were easy to installed. For the fill valve, I have used two other different brands on my other toilets. Installation are very similar. I like this fill valve because its the only one that allowed adjustment on the fill rate of the toilet bowl (not the tank) after the flush. I like this function because I had a fill valve from Moen and it was wasting so much water to fill the toilet bowl. The dual flush close valve was also very easy to adjust. Very happy with the product. Now I need to see how long it will last.

Rated 1 de 5 de adorita par Started having problems in 1 year Bought the HydroClean EZ in 2013. Started having problems in less than a year. It is supposed to save water, but it often makes water filling noises when not in use. Few months ago, it wouldn't stopped filling. I took it apart to clean and make sure it isn't stucked. Nothing seems wrong, but the float is very insensitive. It has a 10 second delay before it stops filling. That means water spilling over through the handle hole. I had to screw it all the way down to make sure it floats sooner but it still fills above the float. I bought it because it was recommended by H.D. and with a ten year warranty. It only lasted 10 months! It's not the money, but the trouble one must take to replace it again. Terrible product.

Rated 1 de 5 de StuInCalgary par Good design, badly manufactured - leaks Looks like a good product, adustable and easy to install, but from the moment I put it in, it leaked out of the top rubber seal that the pin goes through, so it drips water after the float stops refilling, after an hour it was draining out the overflow into the bowl. I cleaned it out, no debis but still leaks. This is the second product I bought from this manufacturer and both are being returned. Designed in USA, manufactured in China. Mmm...

Wow, just installed one of these since they cost only about $5 more than the O-rings I was going to have to replace in my old valve (sounded like a boat horn)... This valve is so well designed, it will fit tall tanks, short tanks wide tanks narrow tanks, you don't need to make sure you get the right one, there is just one choice, and on average it is $8 cheaper than the alternative. There is a valve for the toilet fill after flush that can be adjusted, it is just brilliant I can not say enough good things about it. It is rare I buy something and say "WOW", I usually say something like "Why did they not do it this way." Not the case with this thing, smart smart smart. By the way the warranty is 10years as per the box (web site says 6 years), in my mind if someone warrants a product x years it usually will last about twice that. I went and bought 2 more to replace the valves on other toilets, I just hope this is not one of those great products that end up disappearing from store shelves. WELL DONE Home Depot on carrying this unit. I love it!

Rated 4 de 5 de gioanniso par What a pleasant surprise! I bought this item few days ago, and hire my handyman to install for me, in my three bathroom on 2nd floor. It did not leak even after a few hours. In addition, it solved my water banging problem (which annoyed me for a few years). As compared to the old one from the new home builder (I still use it in my powder room), this product will release both water and air when you flush the toilet, thus reducing pressure in the water pipe inside the drywall. As a result, it reduce the water banging problem a lot! Even if it only last for two years (as per other comments), I still recommend to any family who has water banging problem when flushing the toilet.

Rated 1 de 5 de Woogie par Great product for a year I bought and installed it last March, it worked great for little over a year and it stop filling the tank. Hmmm it has a 10 year warranty on it, do i take it back to home depot or do I contact the manufacturer??

Rated 2 de 5 de Phil335d par doesn't fit Uberhaus Dual Flush toilet Purchased this valve to replace a faulty valve in my Uberhaus Dual Flush toilet. The issue with the original part was that although the tank still filled up, it was a noisy intermittant process. I bought the part believing it would be a simple process but it turned out to involve serious modification to make it fit. The problem is that the grey bulb at the bottom of this part is larger than the room in the bottom of the toilet tank so it would not sit flat and leaked no matter how I tightened it down. I was forced to cut off the grey bulb and replace it with a flange from the original part that was much smaller hence it sat flat and no leaks. A lot of unnecessary hassle but did work out in the end

I have a shot of water in the tank occasionally. Sounds like it's giving a shot to clean the tank. Is this normal.

I installed this product 2 yrs ago. It worked good for the past. Last week, it wouldn't stopped filling water. Water overflows. I have to turn off the water supply. Anyone know how to fix it? Thx.
