Rated 5 de 5 de par Great customer service Mr. Bar-b-q remote digital thermometer is a great product that makes smoking food much simpler and convinient. Being able to check the food temperature without physicially opening the grill, and check it anytime you want away from the grill, will make your life so much easier. It will beep you when the food reaches your set temperatuer. However, my thermometer broke down after 3 months of use. I e-mailed Mr. Bar-b-q with Home Depot delivery confirmation. Louren e-mailed back next day with a very pleasnat attitude and promissed to send me a new unit. When I buy a product, customer service is one of the things I consider by reading other reviews. There are many similar products out there. But Mr. Bar-b-q is one of those companies that has a great customer service. I am glad I chose Mr. Bar-b-q. I will not hesitate to buy another Mr. Bar-b-q products.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great investment So glad I got this. I have a smoker and a propane grill and some weekends its worth its weight in gold especially when smoking for several hours. Never really tested the range but inside the house it works great.

Rated 5 de 5 de par This Product is GREAT!!! I have used this Thermometer twice with my Smoker and once with my oven! The pork lion and baby back ribs came out good in the smoker and the turkey in the oven perfect!!! I like that it has the feature to tell you the temp. of the meat without opening the door of the smoker that you lose heat while I can seat in my living room and watch TV sports & shows! It will beep when temp. of the meat is done!!! Home Depot had it on my doorstep in Two days after I ordered!!! Good Job!!!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Works Great I purchased this to use with my outdoor smoker. I really love it. The temperature probe takes all of the worry about timing out of the equation however; you could use it as a timer as well. I am going to purchase another one because I generally have more than one thing going at a time.

Rated 1 de 5 de par do not buy! this thing is junk for thirty dollars. went to use the wireless probe for the first time today and it never would sync up with the base. had to use a manual thermometer plus the beeper volume is so low you almost have to have your ear up next to it to here it

Rated 5 de 5 de par Works when you read directions first Used once didn't read directions. Wrong! Used it 2nd time 2inches up from probe wire melted. Bought another one used tinfoil to cover wire from probe up 16 inches. Works great no problems very accurate. Once you program for meat leave it there. When meat hits about 100 to 120 of desired temp. turn it over cook until it hits desired temp and now you have perfect meat. Chicken is a little bit more touchy but once you get the hang of where to place the probe your done and remember don't cook on one side YOU HAVE TO TURN IT. therefore follow the above suggestion cook to within 100 to 120 degrees on one side them turn it over. Don't touch your programed settings. Once it hit desired temp on second side your done. Perfectly cooked. If you try to reprogram during cooking you better know how long you cooked it before the screw up. Otherwise you have to start over. If probe is to long for your meat stick it into another pc. of meat same with all the chicken, meat, fish, lamb. This little gadget works you just have to take time to know it and work with it. I love mine. Matter fact I have 2 and I use them simultaneously with whatever I am cooking ie meat and chicken etc etc.

This unit registers temperatures as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit to as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
