They are nice and sharp and do an excellent job of cutting your meats. The blade is nice and thick which makes it nice an sturdy when cutting. Wood handles are nice and smooth. My husband likes that the handles themselves are larger than our old steak knives and easier for him to grip as he has larger hands. The handles are wood. So you can't put them in the dishwasher and it tells you not to soak them in water. My only issues with them is that on two of my knives, the metal studs on the handle stick up just a little and the one stud, if I'm not careful, always seems to snag my dishcloth when I am washing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all the steak I eat on a regular basis I was looking for a nice set of steak knives that cut meat like butter, and I’m happy to have found these! First and foremost, the blades are made of stainless steel and are noticeably sharp. The blades are also serrated which makes cutting that much easier. These worked great right out of the box without any additional sharpening! Aesthetically the rosewood handles look classic with a modern twist. The shape and grip make the knives very easy to handle. They feel sturdy and are comfortable to the touch. The brand name and logo are also placed well and add to the overall elegant look. If you’re in the market for some steak knives with a stylish handle I recommend checking these out. They not only look stylish but have high quality blades as well.

The blade is made of stainless steel, so its very sturdy to use for cutting through your steaks or whatever you chose. The handles are made of rosewood and are also very sturdy, as well as comfortable to hold and use. It comes in a set of 6, so its a great size for most.
