Rated 5 de 5 de par Ridgid One-Stop-Wrench I am a professional plumbers apprentice in training and use this tool almost on a daily basis, this is perfect for installing angle and straight stops! the outer cylinder end of the tool is also GREAT for gently expanding the center opening of escussions for 5/8" O.D. CPVC and copper pipe (an experienced journeyman recently showed me that trick). If you install stops on a regular basis, I would highly recommend purchasing this tool, it is a GENUINE time saver. My only wish is that Ridgid would make a smaller version for tight quarters. - JKF

Rated 5 de 5 de par Practical and Convenient Although one can purchase separate wrenches for the same purpose, the convenience of having "three tools in one" at the ready is a real time saver. No more searching through a tray or drawer of wrenches to find the ones you need. The dual-size open end and the flare wrench provided, will handle a majority of your plumbing connection needs. To add to the convenience, the flare wrench screws into the handle of the open end wrench, keeping them together. For the DIYer, this saves having to get into your other tool drawers for plumbing work.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Versatile Tool This wrench combo beats using adjustable pliers, adjustable wrench, or several wrenches. Covers many needs when working with sink and bath/shower faucets.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great versatile wrenches! I am a plumbing/appliance repair tech and I mess with the water supply valves/lines on a daily basis. It was never that easy until I bought this set. Very happy with it, recommend to everyone

Rated 5 de 5 de par Real handy If you do any plumbing Great addition to my tool box. You only need to grab one wrench and you are good to go. Even comes apart if you need to work in tight spaces.

Rated 5 de 5 de par I didn’t think I needed this tool when I needed to change my kitchen angle stops after discovering one of them didn’t shut the water off all the way. In theory, one should easily be able to use a couple of wrenches or pliers to unscrew the valve from the large nut. Boy was I wrong. One of the new angle stops leaked after I installed it. I simply could not tighten the new valve back onto the new nut. I drove back to Home Depot and bought this tool as I had seen plumbers use it on YouTube. It allowed me to easily tighten the stop onto the compression nut which stopped the leak. Will keep the tool for future use as I have other old compression stops in the home that will be replaced one day.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Mostly for the professional plumber. They are to expensive to buy for just a job or two but if you plumb for a living they will make life simpler for you. These wrenches are easier to use than an adjustable wrench and can make short work of hooking up lines. These are time savers for the pro where time is money.

Rated 5 de 5 de par The tool I needed Tried to replace an old gate shutoff valve with integrated supply lines with a new 1/4 turn brass shut-off valve. No matter what I tried I couldn't get a good seal on the compression olive, and it was seeping out the back maybe 1/4 tsp a night or less. Finally called in a pro and this is what he brought to the job. Stuck one end in the supply output and used the other to really wrench things down and was able to get another half turn on the compression nut which sealed things good. Next time I need to change out a shutoff valve this is what I'll get. Works good in smaller spaces to and the wrench is the perfect size so you don't have to keep futzing with the adjustment on your adjustable wrench.

How do I effectively remove a kitchen sink strainer basket?

Can the One Stop Plumber's Wrench function to replace/install a metal kitchen sink drain basket? The Slip and Lock Nut Wrench made in Taiwan and sold in your Warrenton store is a poorly made non-functional product. It is too thick, heavy (especially when one is working on his back, inside a kitchen cabinet#, and does not effectively grip the basket nipples in order to allow sufficient tightening/loosening of the basket. Have you a better product available #hopefully U.S. made...).? Will the One Stop Plumber's Wrench work for this kind of project Thanks, Thom - A regular Home Depot customer.

Hello, thanks for contacting RIDGID! Per our technical services department, the 2006 Sink and Faucet Installer is the only product we have for this type of application, the One Stop Plumber's Wrench will not work.
