Rated 5 de 5 de par awesome power I bought a SnowJoe ION18SB-Pro (40v) with the 5ah battery, and wanted an extra battery and the noticed they didn't have a 5ah battery, but a 6ah battery. I have a small 3 car garage driveway in a subdivision, so when it snows, I don't spend hours clearing the snow, but I have left the battery in the machine after clearing the driveway in the morning, then having to clear the driveway again when I got home. And the battery lasted beyond that. And it's rated for 8" deep snow, but I know I plow through 10" of snow just fine. It will stop when I push it too hard but starts right back up just fine. I love this snowblower and the power of the battery is awesome.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Good product but picture miss-leading I use this battery in my snow joe blower & needed a back-up because the battery runs out half way (with a double 5.0 Ah battery that came with the snow joe, I live on a corner with lots of sidewalk & driveway). I got this, unsure if it was a double with a charger (thinking not but there aren't any real specifics on this) since they picture the double batteries sitting in a charger & since I couldn't find this anywhere on their website (also, my blower came with a double battery with a charger, so I thought I could buy this way) but nope, this is 1 battery. No charger. I wish they'd made a suggestion to buy this with their site & they should think about removing that picture, it's very miss-leading.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Worth the $ in price vs the regular batteries [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the regular 40V-4A batteries - which did fine, but 40 minutes sometimes just isn't enough especially in our area OR when the snow is really heavy or temperatures dip below -15/-20 Celsius. These new batteries rated at approx 70 minutes certainly make a difference.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Big disappointment My 5 Ah and even generic batteries have lasted longer than the 6 Ah. The power and longevity of use during a snow blowing session are not any better than the others, and after two years of use, they now won't completely charge and die in half the time of the others. I'm very disappointed I paid a premium for the 6 Ah batteries when they haven't provided any real benefit.

Will this battery charge in the same charger as the 4Ah and the 5Ah batteries charge in? Currently I can charge my two 4Ah batteries at the same time in my charger. Also, can I charge a 4Ah battery and a 6Ah battery in my dual charger?
