Rated 5 de 5 de par WOW! Superthrive is the great, I was ready to give up on some of my plants, and I talked to Stephen at Home Depot. He sugested trying Superthrive so I did. I thought I had heard of it before and when I went home and I talked to my husband about it and he said remember a few years ago we were talking to the plant keeper that was taking care of the plants at a place we went to and asked her what her secret was and she said just a few drops of superthrive works better than anything. We could not find it back then & then I forgot about it. I wish now I would have found it back then! I works great!

Rated 5 de 5 de par This stuff is unbelievable This stuff really works! I had bought 2 mexican fan palm trees that were not being transplanted correctly. One was starting to brown out and and looking like it wanted to die. I had fertilized and watered everyday, but still wasn't looking too good. I ended up trying superthrive, based on some research. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try, as my palm tree was dying anyway. I added a capful into a 5-gallon pail and poured slowly on the trunk of the tree so the roots could get it. I did this twice a week for about a month. I also did the same thing to a little palm tree that I had planted close to it. Next thing you know it the tree has made a full recovery and is growing insanely quick! If you check out my photos you'll see the difference a few months have made! I used this on all plants in my garden now. It works on just about anything. Everything in my landscape is green and full!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Buy it, buy it, buy it! I put about 1 1/4 tsp into a 5 gallon bucket, give it a stir, and water with that. This has been, easily, the best fertilizer I have ever used. It's done wonders for every plant I have. My begonias are stunning, my potato vines are out of control (in a good way), my coleuses are enormous, really helped bounce back a struggling heather I had as well. I've used it on geraniums, daisies, petunias, alyssum, on and on. They love it, you will love the results as well.

I used this and Dr. Earth Fruit tree fertilizer (store sku: 1002150421). I uploaded several images and I had a couple more, but I was limited to this amount. You can see the difference in 1 month and 1 week (Pictures are before and after). The one picture is of a blueberry bush that I mowed over by accident because it was really small and I forgot it was there - but I was pretty shocked that it started growing again. To top this off, I sprayed these trees and blueberry bush with a spray that kills insects only to find out that it said not to spray on plum or blueberry bushes. Still doing well though inspire of my blunder. I never had this type of success before, so I figured I'd share :). Hope this review helps someone. and to be clear I'm not sure if it was mainly this or the fertilizer that made the big difference, but just get both and you should be happy :).

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent Product but NOT plant food or fertilizer! A customer mentioned in comments that it's better than Jobes food spikes- but the two are completely different products. Superthrive is NOT plant food nor fertilizer, it is meant to be used WITH a feeding program, not instead of one. This product helps plants absorb nutrients, root, etc - it does not feed them! Excellent product, but it's an absolutely amazing product that has no match if a person understands how to use it! :)

Rated 5 de 5 de par Expensive, but worth it! Again, this product is expensive however since using, approximately 4 months ago, I now have MONSTER houseplants. I do not have flowering or outside plants, simply inside houseplants. Some take to this product better than others. I think I administer more than I should, not a drop but 3 drops. Perhaps I shouldn't do this, but results are amazing! You will not regret using/trying this product.

Unique World's Fair Gold Medal Superthrive Liquid Plant Fertilizer I dug a pit next to a small plant and disturbed its roots, the leaves drooping so a poured a cup of this Super thrive mixture on base area... within an hour....voila the leave stood up like nothing happened. this must be the plants' s Viagra.

Thank you for your question. Superthrive can be hosed onto your yard and you may also flood it onto your yard using a watering can. Fill, stir, empty over then move to a new place.

I believe the original formula was a combination of vitamins, as the founder was associated with a Vitamin company. He died a few years ago, and either his heirs have sold the brand, or are changing things. I bought a product (not the small brown bottle) recently that had the Superthrive name on it, that was just fish emulsion. Not good for houseplants. I have used the original Superthrive for over 20 years having learned of it from bonsai growers who used it to encourage root growth, which is basically what it does. I used it for years to"bring back to life" holiday plants that had been super fertilized to sell at appropriate time (for customers, not the plant). I always have a bottle on hand for plants, in or out, which look like they are dying. Just this winter, a bunny chewed on my new fig tree (hard to grow in my climate), and for several weeks, I fed it superthrive and now it has started to form new leaves, so if there is any life left in a plant, Superthrive will nurse it back to health. It's really too expensive to use for encouraging root growth in new large plants outdoors; there are cheaper products. Think of this as an product for "critical care."

A tiny drop, mixed with water. Amount depends on application but I use about a gallon. Just water your plants with it. It's excellent to prevent transplant shock or to revive distressed plants.

Please ignore previous response. I had been answering questions about another product all morning and didn't realize this was for Superthrive. In my experience, Superthrive has had a positive effect on root growth, thus making the a plant "healthier". If you plant is under stress from another source (i.e.insects, wrong location, drought, etc) this will not help just as giving vitamins to a sick person doesn't make them well.

I don't believe there is much nitrogen or any at all. Superthrive is a plant hormone and not a fertilizer, so there shouldn't be any chemical compound that would call for nitrogen.
