OK, so let me just say they need to change the description or name on these because if you're looking for them to cover up old, worn looking closet rods they're difficult to find! I love old homes and have used these in every one we've had to freshen up the look of the wooden closet rods. They cover up the scrapes an dark metal marks made over the years. I just put the crease in the back where you don't see it (the rods are usually a little fatter than these plastic covers). They're super easy to put on, since they're slit down the side. Just a hint: Be CAREFUL when you're handling them because if you're not careful you can still get a "paper cut" from the edge.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Great Product I also use these for closet rod covers, they allow hangars to slide easily without the black stuff that comes from the metal hooks. And I use the extra pieces that I cut off to put on other items in the bathroom to match, like over the plunger handle. Excellent Product - Quality as good as it can be for the Flexibility - Great Value really get your moneys worth for the Price - Lasts years without cracking and needing replacement - Easy to clean - Easy to Install by just cutting the ends with household scissors and popping them over the rods. Wish they could make them for the Curved Shower Rods too! And possibly a tinge thicker plastic. And in more colors. And wish they could make them for the larger diameter sized rods in some closets.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Excellent Shower Rod - Idea for Innovative Use Product was sturdy, very easy to install & looks great in the bathroom. Great too that it's rust-proof. Inexpensive and good solution for us. We wanted a place to hang hand washing where it wouldn't be visible in the bathroom. Small items like masks, gloves, scarves... We hung the rod over the tub near back wall & above height of shower tile. We put shower curtain hooks so that we can attach hangers for bigger items. Have even hung a large tablecloth attached to several hangers. End result - functional & out of sight when we close the front shower curtain. It obviously would work very well as a shower curtain - it's primary intent.

It leaves a little opening at the bottom/back because the closet rod is larger but it does not show or hinder the hangers from sliding smoothly on the rod. Super easy, came as one long piece, just cut to the size you need and put it on the rod; if it's a long piece, it might be helpful to have two people as you pull it open and put it on, it is a tight fit. It makes me smile every time I open my closet!

Rated 4 de 5 de par Shower curtain covers They arrived promptly. Annoying they are never in the store which forces you to pay shipping which in my case was $5 additional for 6 covers. Covers were very very dirty but it washed off easily. I spray paint them to match decor and use them as cord covers since I have a new puppy. Price is right so I would buy again. Shipping cost still annoys me!

Simple to install and sharpen up the look of an older rod: excellent update for bath, closet, or window treatments. No tools needed, just kitchen scissors and trim to size. I am not sure how the rod cover can be extended from 36" to 60". Does it double wrap at certain portion that you can slide the top cover out? Anyway, I have an eight-foot rod, should I buy two or three covers?

The one I got was 60”. It’s plastic and can be cut. So maybe get two.

Comes in a 36" piece, however, it's can easily be trimmed to the size you need with scissors.

Yes it is. I've had it in most place that I have rented and it makes the shower rod hing slide easier and look cleaner!

This is a plastic cover that fits over the shower curtain rod. You need to trim it to the size of your rod. The only problem was the store put a pickup tag on the plastic. It is impossible to get it off.

It’s for a shower rod but if the thickness were not too big it would work. I used it to keep all the cables and cords behind my television together. It’s thin enough to stretch/wrap slightly and so it will give some if your towel rod is too thick. Just twist the side that opens away from seeing the open part.

Yes, but. It may not cover all the way around. You can either leave a gap in the back of the rod or you can buy a second rod cover and put one on the back of the rod and put the other one on the front so they overlap. Good luck.
