Rated 1 out of 5 by from Takes forever to cook anything I am so disappointed with this bbq. I have it upstairs on our house patio and wanted a small bbq for our family to enjoy. The bbq is great for small spaces as it has sides that fold down but it doesn't heat up worth a darn. It takes forever to cook anything on it and searing a steak just doesn't happen. We had our family over for a hotdog night and it took almost a half hour to cook up a dozen (larger sized) hotdogs. It looks great but.......don't buy it.

The sides fold down so I can tuck it away and it rolls easily when I want to pull it out of the corner and pop the sides up. The hardware is sturdy and the knobs are solid feeling unlike some cheaper BBQ's. My only real complaint so far is I can't quite seem to get the temperature up high enough to really sear a steak. It does cook well overall but I like a really hot grill when I first lay the steak down I haven't yet had that satisfying sizzle. I am putting steaks down at room temperature not cold.

This unit is much nicer than what I usually buy and this time I got the BBQ cover right away. Packaging was compact and it fit into the back seat of my Toyota Corolla fairly easy. Set up was a breeze, instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I used it today for the fist time and it worked great, I am happy with it so far. I plan on taking care of this grill to make it last as long as possible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Value Basic BBQ if purchased on Sale For the sale price, this is a solid BBQ that will last a couple seasons, for sure. Assembly instructions indicate two people are required, though I put it together by myself in half the recommended time. Unit is very low BTU per burner, which is clearly indicated - so searing or cooking in windy conditions isn't the best outcome. I've added a cast iron grill plan inside to hold heat and improve cooking conditions to a favorable outcome. Really like the design and colour options available for this model. Delivery was very quick and a pleasant experience from Home Depot, even during the COVID-19 lockdown period.

The assembly process is straight forward but it does take some time - at least the first time around. allow at least two to three hours. But all the pieces are there and easy to identify. Some machine screws are a bit challenging to insert. I haven't tried cooking on the unit yet but have high expectations. The unit is actually made by Nexgrill. For me, a critical issue was the convertibility to natural gas.

The width of this product is 48.03 is this with the shelves up?  What is the exact measurement with the arms down!  Need to  store in a very small area and pull out when in use  Thanks

When I search the Home Depot site for natural gas BBQ's, this and the red one come up with all the rest. We had decided to purchase this grill based on looks and specs, but then it says you have to buy a conversion kit to hook it up to NG - is this true?

Can anyone tell me the width of the grill with the sides down? I need it to fit in a space that is 3'9 and this site states that the assembled width is 4'0; I just want to be certain that this is the width of the grill with the sides up before I order it.

When (if) converting to natural gas what did you use to adjust the high and low flame??? A very thin slotted screwdriver is required to get at the adjustment screw and when I used a precision driver the slot was way too thin and hurt the screw a bit.

 "Only Main Burners have the NG orifice pre- installed behind the LP orifice. All other burners required LP orifice to be removed and NG orifice to be installed." So I dont chave to do anything with the orifice on this unit?
