The Broil-Mate Flame 440 is a versatile full-sized grill for those who enjoy cooking for themselves or with family and friends. Featuring a 42,000 BTU stainless steel burner system, including a powerful 12,000 BTU sear burner with a durable porcelain enameled cookbox, this grill is designed for incredible performance at a great value. The heavy duty cast iron cooking grids retain heat for an excellent sear, creating perfect steakhouse sear marks each time. The stainless steel vaporizer system protects the burners while maximizing flavour production. Fully featured, the cooking possibilities are endless. Use the powerful 10,000 BTU side burner to prepare mouth-watering side dishes, soups, and sauces while you grill. The 12,000 BTU sear burner features a diamond patterned cast iron cooking grid dedicated for high-heat searing. This grill is finished with an enclosed black cabinet with black painted doors, fully welded stainless steel lid, heavy-duty locking swivel casters, stainless steel control panel and side shelf fascias, and 600 sq. in. of total cooking surface including a porcelain coated warming rack.

The picture shows what looks like a propane tank in the cabinet below. Does it have a feature to use propane as well as natural gas?
