Rated 1 out of 5 by from High Hopes _ Worst Investment I bought Electrolux washer back in 2019 and it worked like a charm until it stopped filling the washer tub with Water. Tried every trick in manual like cleaning hose, screens but nothing works Tried calling customer service but always get a standard message "We are experiencing high volumes call, please try again later".. Emailed them but no response for over two weeks. Called private technician & he quoted another $300 to fix this. These things should last atleast 10 years without a problem. Pretty disappointed with Electrolux product purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet and efficient washer Purchased the Electrolux Front Load washer three weeks ago and so far very pleased with it’s performance. Clothes come out significantly cleaner compared to our previous washer from another brand that only lasted 18 months. We operate a Bed and Breakfast. The large load capacity and the fact that it uses much less water and detergent are just a few of the bonus features. We also purchased the pedestal. It has helped reduce the strain on this 70 year old back from the constant bending over. The pedestal drawer has ample space for the largest detergent and other items as well. All in all, I am pleased with the functionality of this washer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Door doesn't lock. Noisy. Too much vibration. We bought this washer 1 month ago. All this hype about Electrolux is very disappointing. The door doesn't lock, it's defect! still waiting for repair. We checked other stores and door locks correctly The washer vibrate too much and it's very noisy. The front panel options light indicators are too tiny (dots), hard to see see when you selecting a cycle, they too fat and blurry. The lock icon should be red. No drain/spin cycle! Tehe Fash Wash cycle defaults to Max spin speed, that causes too much vibration, it cannot be changed! Let the consumer change the options. My previous front load washers (Kenmore, etc.),were quiet and user friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Far So Good! Washer has been performing perfectly! The large capacity tub can handle anything we throw in it. Our heavy queen sized duvet would cause errors with our old washer. Most times, our old washer couldn’t make it through the spin cycle, causing the washer to go into an error. Not a problem with this new Electrolux. Nice features, good quality control panel, easily customizable cycle selection. Overall pretty happy. One issue would be that small socks seem to get stuck between the folds of the door/drum gasket. Not a huge issue, just surprised that the gasket wasn’t designed a little different. Wasn’t really an issue with our other washers.

Been great having the extra space without the agitator, feels like I can wash much bigger loads and do less laundry over all. It does take a little longer to wash then our old one, which I will just have to get use to, but the time display is nice. My one complaint is a few times I’ve had things in there and they come out pretty damp still. I can tell it is trying to wring them out but struggles a bit with the cycle options and the larger/heavier duty items. Other than that it’s been great. Having a baby and doing lots of laundry and having allergy options is good.

The washer does make more noise than my last one. But not sure if it’s because they are in a closet next to main living space instead of a laundry room. I found it’s easier to use than LG and Samsung, which I own previously, the load doesn’t take more than 2 hours because it’s trying to balance the load forever to spin dry. Definitely recommended to my friends and family. My friends already bought its dryer to replace the Samsung one. It’s grea

I also love the convenience of the interior light, which makes loading and unloading so much easier, especially for those small items that tend to hide in the back. Are the hot and cold water hoses included with this washer? If not what hoses are recommended?
