They provided some recommendations after patiently listening to us and fully understanding what we were looking for. They have wealth of knowledge of the Home Depot's appliances and products and remarkable service skills. They are good listeners and communicators with a great personality. They made our shopping experience at Home Depot so pleasant and we will definitely come back to this Home Depot location in the coming future. Now we are looking forward to have our new appliances installed.

I bought this over a year ago- use once a week for a load of towels- we aren’t a big family so a medium load. It’s made a horrible rattling scraping sound from the start. I’ve had multiple repair people that have no clue but just keep replacing parts- I had the blower fan replaced last time. Sound came back shortly after. Electrolux is garbage to deal with. They refuse to replace and repair men said it’s only unrepairable if it CATCHES FIRE. Did some digging and they had a class action law suit in the states for a faulty design that collects lint INSIDE the dryer and catches fire. Stay as far away as possible from this safety hazard

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rumbling Noise I bought this dryer a month ago including same brand of washer. This dryer makes continous rumbling (rattling) noise when unning. Called Customer Service and after waiting morem than a week they send a third-party techinician, he checked the nosie and said the rumbling nosie is normal with Elecrolux dryers, it's they way they are build! The nosie is annoying and abnormal. I had many dryers before this on but never so loud. Also, the cycles display indicator are too tiny, hard too read. It seems that drying time and sensor are inaccurate, on several occasions the clothes were dry but the dial displayed more time remaining. The lint trap is akward to open. The user guide is hard to read, black on grey print.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New dryer broke down after 3 months of use. Purchased the washer and dryer in late December of 2023. The dryer stopped working 4 weeks ago. Repairman ordered 2 parts. 1 of the parts is on back order and is unavailable indefinitely. We are very unhappy with Electrolux. Never expected that a new appliance would break down so quickly and beyond frustrated that we have no idea when the appliance will be fixed. Hoping that someone at Electrolux will note this review and contact us to address our frustration.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lint trap coming out!!! This is a major fire hazard and I'm glad I finally caught it. Unfortunately I'm not sure what the solution to this would be as its 100% a design flaw. As the dryer is spinning, clothing will catch the corner of the lint trap and pull it out. I just had to pull lots of small articles of clothing out from where the lint trap would slot into and I'm currently checking to see if clothing got pulled further in. I'm very disappointed that this has not been resolved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good machine nice look We have had this dryer for a few weeks now. No issues. This that’s to replace a prior Electrolux dryer that died after only 4 years. We went with a model down as we never used the perfect steam function. Works as expected but I find the auto feature doesn’t always dry the clothes and I end up putting it on longer. Hoping that this dryer lasts longer than the last one.

So quiet, looks great and we’ve noticed an immediate difference in our laundry. Cleaner, fresher and clothing comes out looking great. Less ironing and the multiple cycles allows you to be specific to your washing needs. Once you own an Electrolux washer and dryer you will never want anything else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great ... Except One Design Flaw I purchased this set 2 years ago and have been quite happy with their performance. Except one little detail with the dryer. The lint trap is shaped in such a way that towel tags, large buttons etc. can catch on its front edge when tumbling. I've put up with it as it usually only results in a need to refresh the shirt or remove the now torn tag. But yesterday a whole other level of "what the" happened. Something caught (this was not a large load) and pulled the whole lint trap assembly up and out. As the dryer continued to tumble, some items got sucked into the blower assembly. Boom, bang, grind, sudden stop. Fortunately it was a relatively easy fix and no lasting damage was done. But it cost me a repair callout for something that is a total design flaw. I've hated the way the lint trap was set up since day one and am really unimpressed today. We'll now be shaving the edges back on the lint trap to account for a poor design.

Will the sensor dry cycles work on a LOW heat setting? It always frustrates me that on most dryers I have to use a higher heat if I want the sensor dry option.
