They provided some recommendations after patiently listening to us and fully understanding what we were looking for. They have wealth of knowledge of the Home Depot's appliances and products and remarkable service skills. They are good listeners and communicators with a great personality. They made our shopping experience at Home Depot so pleasant and we will definitely come back to this Home Depot location in the coming future. Now we are looking forward to have our new appliances installed.

I bought this over a year ago- use once a week for a load of towels- we aren’t a big family so a medium load. It’s made a horrible rattling scraping sound from the start. I’ve had multiple repair people that have no clue but just keep replacing parts- I had the blower fan replaced last time. Sound came back shortly after. Electrolux is garbage to deal with. They refuse to replace and repair men said it’s only unrepairable if it CATCHES FIRE. Did some digging and they had a class action law suit in the states for a faulty design that collects lint INSIDE the dryer and catches fire. Stay as far away as possible from this safety hazard

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rumbling Noise I bought this dryer a month ago including same brand of washer. This dryer makes continous rumbling (rattling) noise when unning. Called Customer Service and after waiting morem than a week they send a third-party techinician, he checked the nosie and said the rumbling nosie is normal with Elecrolux dryers, it's they way they are build! The nosie is annoying and abnormal. I had many dryers before this on but never so loud. Also, the cycles display indicator are too tiny, hard too read. It seems that drying time and sensor are inaccurate, on several occasions the clothes were dry but the dial displayed more time remaining. The lint trap is akward to open. The user guide is hard to read, black on grey print.

Really love the refresh setting, in 10 minutes the steam helps get wrinkles and makes clothes smell like they were just washed if you throw in a bounce sheet. I barely use my iron now. It's really great hiw quiet it is, the unit we replaced would keep us awake if it was running late, thus one can't even tell its on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality and manufacturing The dryer wasn't heating and making a lot of noise only after a week. Needed a new pulley system and master board to fix the issue. On top of that the wiring was in the wrong spot and the drum was hitting it - manufacturing error. Nothing but issues with both the washer (flooded my house - manufacturing error) - do not buy Electrolux

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as we had hoped It looks fancy and has some nice features but the loads take forever to dry. With our old dryer, we could get a regular sized load dry in about 45 mins. Now it takes over an hour. Not the most efficient dryer out there but then again these days, you're going to have to pay an arm and a leg for something that actually works well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lint trap is terrible We bought the washer and dryer a few months ago and the lint trap keeps popping out and smashes around in the dryer drum which causes pieces of clothing to get sucked into the vent and blocks the dryer vent and motor. This has happened 3 times so far.

It wasn’t until I reviewed the model number and checked Electrolux website that I found that Home Depot was offering a better model with more functions than competitors for the same price. It is a wonderful machine. Very Happy with this purchase.

Will the sensor dry cycles work on a LOW heat setting? It always frustrates me that on most dryers I have to use a higher heat if I want the sensor dry option.
